Lower your expectations for this location if you really love going to smoothie kings. It’s outdated compared to others. They don’t allow you to get your points on the app. Big miss in a tech area. Waited 20min for my smoothie around 10am with only 2 people in front of me. The employees are well intentioned but seem to lack training. Read moreI won’t be visiting here again for a few reasons. 1. Not clean. The back counter looks like it has mold that’s never been cleaned. The bathroom had no soap. Don’t think people wash their hands often here. They were scraping the last of an old bin to get as much as possible before opening a new bin, which looks discolored. My drink didn’t taste like the one I normally get at a corp location (that uses the app). Couldn’t redeem points and get my discounts I normally receive.

Read moreI visited this store on my way out of Phoenix and could not scan the app for coupons or rewards because the store doesn't use the app. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. Also, in the past I've been able (as a celiac) to consume beverages, but there was too much cross contamination with the sub shop in this location to even drink the smoothie I purchased. Sorry to say, I wouldn't recommend.
