Port of Subs — Restaurant in Phoenix

First time coming to Port of Subs & will definitely be my last.. I was trying to read the menu to see what was included on each sandwiches & couldn’t really see it (my vision is fine btw it’s just in fine print), when I asked the employee they were kind of rude like I should’ve known or something! I didn’t know if it was Subway style where you pick toppings yourself or if it just comes as is, again it was my first time & the gal wasn’t having it.

The sandwiches were also thin, compared to other sandwich shops.. I feel like I should’ve spent my money elsewhere for a better sandwich to be honest! I’ll say the other older gal that was working gave a friendly goodbye, but as for the younger employee she probably shouldn’t have a job in customer service is...

Great tasting but a sad pathetic little sub. More bread than anything else. Had free coupon for a meal and asked for extra cheese, they wanted to charge extra EVEN THOUGH I did not take the free pop or chips. Really? Then made a remark “fine, no charge for cheese, but now my systems gonna be messed up”. Do you think they are losing when I wanted extra cheese at $1.36 versus them keeping the $3.29 in chips and pop I didn’t take? Since it was tasty, I’ll give another location a try. The short Mexican lady at port of subs was mumbling and lightly speaking her questions and eith the smoothie king blenders going off I couldn’t hear her, and I tried to answer a question I thought she asked but she got upset and yelled her question. You can tell she doesn’t like her job and she’s sick of asking the same questions to customers all day but doesn’t mean I hear the questions all day so I don’t know what you’re asking unless to speak up, especially with noise going on.
