I went in on Monday, July 8th around 11:30 and I bought three of the dragon ball z vending machine characters and got a duplicate and the cashier kindly let me change out my duplicate for something different. Today I went to try to finish my set and got another duplicate and went up to the counter waiting to change my duplicate for about 15 mins just to get a very rude no from the so called manager! I asked how come because I was able to last time and he told me it was because they can’t open it that they got in trouble I understood but was a little irritated but I left the store calm and collected and when I got home my girlfriend called and asked about the situation and why again and he was very rude and said “Just like I told the gentleman that was just in here we can’t cause we got in trouble” and I said “oh okay well thank you” and he was just quiet so I hung up and I called again because I realized I could of asked for a manager so it would be handled more professionally without all the attitude and turns out he was the manager and I told him it’s just not okay and he said he’d be willing to switch it out for me for one different this one time and that he can’t do it afterwards. I said okay I get to the store AGAIN and he tells me that I can’t switch it out for one different that I have to use a coin and again I got the same one so he told me that I can’t go again and that I can either “exchange” it or keep it and by exchange I’m thinking at least roll another one since they can’t open the thing but no he should’ve said “refund” cause thats what he meant so I got my money back and I couldn’t try buying another one lol! Manager is very rude, lied to me, and shouldn’t have the job if he can’t control himself when he has bad days.. everyone has bad days not just him and treating a costumer like this is unacceptable. My grandson one it's something that we have been waiting for it was finally in stock so I Decided to go ahead and purchase, I spent almost 3 hours in the store the man had no knowledge of how to use any of the apps that I was using to pay which would be quad pay sezzle etcetera, I know he was management he said that my phone probably wasn't compatible with the Google play app he was trying to help me but he just had no knowledge and I feel that people that are they are or not just supposed to be knowledgeable in games they're also supposed to help when people are checking out I had to keep waiting for him to get the next customer because there was only one mine open and then he would come back and help me so 3 hours was way too long and for some reason it kept saying declined even though the virtual card was in my wallet I come home and find out that what he downloaded was not even usable anymore from about the 12 of June and the new app that I had on there was the right 1 I know he was a manager because everybody would ask him questions and he was the 1 fixing things there was a lot of frustration a lot of stress and I ended up pulling out the cash and paying for the item because I was not gonna let my grandson go without something he had been waiting for for...

Staff here has always been great when I been here. The reps that talk about older games like nintendo, super nintendo of you overhear there conversations , are ones to speak too. Parents the staff are told and trained too follow the ESRB rating system (if you do not know or knew video games were rated like MOVIES ask a representative in store they can explain or if they have flyers they can get you one) . Full Disclouser , I did work for GameStop one holiday season about 8 years ago.(i was about 23) It was fun. If your 16 or 17 year old loves video games but say little shy a place like this can help them get out, make relatable friends, get social experience, learn sales etc..
