I'm sure it's a great place to eat, never eaten at this specific location but others had good food. My issue comes to their manager David Cox and how he seems to think it's fine to treat potential employees like everything is their fault when I was standing outside my car in the parking lot tryin to get ahold of the person who was texting me all day about when and where I was to interview at. And apparently she got off work at 5pm...if she had any decency she would have told me way earlier in the day that she would be off at 5 and not respond to me, then when I got there, i could have just gone inside the store and asked instead of waiting for a response from my recruiter (who I texted and called for 20 min. And she never responded) then since I thought I had been ghosted by her after 30 min I left an headed home which is an hour away...till I move to the location the job is at like im planning on...then after I'm already on my way home she demands that I turn around and come back...I informed her I was already half way home and couldn't turn back around and asked if I could reschedule instead of that She started being mean, saying things like "guess your just gonna give up on the job, must not have been very committed" she said "no wonder your still unemployed" like she knows anything about my life lol Ido tusually work at fast food places where I usually work i am treated like what I'm worth to an employee and also usually way better pay and benefits because I have a lot of experience being mangers and receptionists who deal with confidential documents and actually work very well because my boss has always valued me. They thought it was ridiculous that I expected to be treated like an asset to the company instead of trying to put me down and make me feel like less than and still expect me to want to work for you. I'm not a 16 year old burger flipper I am 31 and expect a little professionalism from my employer. I guess it's my fault for expecting that from a fast food place right. Stick to those government jobs and medical receptionist positions I'm used to having cause wow these little companies don't care how they treat you. No wondert places have a high turn over rate....lol I urge anyone wanting to work there to be very careful cause 1min late and your burnt toast man....even if you have good communication skills don't...

I 100% do not recommend coming here. I am so disappointed. I came here to treat myself and there is no signage saying there is eel sauce on the rolls. I would have asked for it to be removed if I knew. The girl told me to call the district manager who didn't pick up. I called three times, left two voicemails and sent an email.
I spent $12 I don't have on a roll that I told them to throw away because I won't eat it if it's soaked and eel sauce.
I looked online when I got it to make sure that it didn't say it when I was inside ordering that it had eel sauce on it, but it does not say that it is coated in it when you receive it.
I took screenshots. She even said she thought that the sign inside and online needed to advertise that they put eel sauce on the final product.
I'm still waiting for the manager to get back to me but I'm sitting in my car outside of the restaurant waiting. I just wanted to have lunch. This absolutely ruined my day. I don't have money to spend, and I chose to spend it here and was totally shafted.
Edit: I received an email from the district manager with no positive resolution. I just wasted $12 at this location received no roll or refund. Shady and selfish of Yogis District Manager.
I have autism and ADHD. I think it's fair to say that if it's not physically written on a sign, I (other customers) shouldn't be penalized for their mistakes. Sure, apparently by their standards the roll was made correctly, however, how am I supposed to know if it has eel sauce or not if it doesn't physically say? I was looking at the small menu pamphlet that is a piece of paper inside the store as I drove by on a whim. District manager sent a screenshot through email claiming that's what I ordered so that's what I got. There are so many photos on the paper menu and based on the photo district manager sent, it still wasn't a photo I would have seen when ordering. So his or her snarky reply can sit on a cactus. The pamphlet is crammed with words and photos and not all of them align with the actual product.
I'm extremely disappointed that this is how they decided to handle customer service. I just want to eat lunch after a...
Read moreMy recent visit to the Yogis location on Baseline and 24th Street was a SIGNIFICANT letdown. Having enjoyed consistently high-quality food and service at the Scottsdale location on Shea, my expectations were not met, and I will unfortunately not be returning to this South Phoenix branch.
I ordered a large rice bowl with chicken, opting for brown rice and white chicken breast, both for an additional charge. The brown rice was surprisingly mushy, and despite my specific request for the chicken not to be charred, the white meat was overcooked and dry.
When I approached Karla, the staff member, to request a partial refund - as I had eaten some of the chicken despite its poor quality - I was informed that refunds are simply "not allowed." To my further surprise, she dismissed my feedback regarding the mushy rice stating there is nothing could do about it. This response was not only dismissive but also showed a lack of understanding regarding customer satisfaction and basic food quality.
The stark contrast between this experience and the consistently positive experiences I've had at the Scottsdale location highlights a clear discrepancy in both food preparation and customer service standards. It seems the Scottsdale team understands how to properly prepare their food and how to treat customers with respect, a standard I hope the Baseline and 24th Street location can...
