This is by far, ABSOLUTELY, the most VICIOUS and WORST customer service experience ever!!!! We made an appointment over 2 weeks ago for a grooming of our dog.THE DAY BEFORE we got a confirmation email reminding us about the appointment we scheduled. THE DAY OF we walked in and were told that they called us twice and left a voice message that the appointment has been cancelled because the groomer called off. My question is, how do they leave a voicemail on a phone that does not have a voicemail setup? My point exactly! When we left the building we immediately got a email confirming that our appointment was then CANCELLED! I asked the manager Jamie (or whatever her name is) why we did not get that email before coming in so that we don't have to waste time (which makes sense) and she responded that she does not have the ability to send the automated emails. I know for a fact she did something to make that email send so the fact she lied to me as well is HORRIBLE. She argued with me the whole time for 10+ minutes and only told me that she called. I admitted that I understood that they called and we missed the call however, I wanted her (as a person in the customer service industry such as myself) to understand my point of view but all she understood was that she called and not where my frustration with the situation was coming from. I seen multiple people from other races bring dogs in and get assistance with no hesitance or anything that day. We had to wait outside the room (due to corona hopefully) and when I questioned her stance on injustice with race she COLD NOT WAIT TO THROW OUT THE FACT THAT HALF HER STAFF WAS MEXICAN and she was not racist! Hmm, definitely reminds me of the scenario of the one person who says they are not racist because they have that one black friend -_-. All I can say is that petsmart has let me down. Any dog grooming company that would treat a family that has been bringing dogs in to give you LOYAL business over the course of 10+ years with the utmost disrespect such as I have been treated with today, will never, EVER, get my respect, approval, or MONEY ever again until some things change...
Read moreNo one said hello or acknowledged they had a customer when I came in. Employee was not busy. I asked the cashier for help with a huge dog kennel. Some lady came and got it with a very rude attitude, took it to the front and walked away. They opened the lane next to us and we were clearly next yet that cashier took two other people while we waited. I am a patient person but this isn’t right. Price that came up was more than the website and the price taped to the shelf. Cashier didn’t want to give me that price, told me that sometimes the wrong stickers get put up so I had to pull up the web page to show her it was her store with the price I quoted. She adjusted the price and I paid. She knew I needed help yet she didn’t even ask if she should call someone. So short old lady wrangles a big kennel into the back seat of a big truck with no help from the store. My husband was with me but he is not allowed to lift anything. Maybe that’s why they were so rude but it doesn’t matter. If I ask for help then I should get help. This is the worst pet smart I have ever been to. I would not have come here if my pet smart had this kennel in stock. At least they are friendly and very helpful. They have offered to carry many of my heavy items. I waited on fish area for almost more than 10 min and no one showed up, so i went to cashier and asked if any one can help me on fish area. she called someone on her intercom and the lady who is working on fish area was on restroom, so she said that she will be there to help me. Fish area sales rep never showed up and after few min the cashier came and told me that they don't sell fish before 20 min of closing but i was in store before 30 min of closing and that's not my fault that there was no one to help me on that area. Looks like she don't want to help customer and stay in restroom which is more important than the sales of the store. I was about to spend more than $200 but they don't want the sales pluse I have seen some review on this location about the lady who don't want to sell the fish and mean to the customer. I am not gonna go on this location to buy fish again anymore. I better look any other alternate place for fish at least don't have to deal with this type of customer service. very disappointed with the company like this.
