My sister and I go get pedicures as bonding time. First time ever a spa put a stranger in-between us. The whole experience was rushed and unpleasant.

Let's start with the pedicure ... I said no lavender because I'm allergic and what does he use?! Now I've have a rash on my calves. Then he only puts 1 coat of polish on with no top coat (it's already off my toes and hasn't even been a week yet.) I don't know what he did, but my big toes hurt like I have ingrown toenails (which I didn't have before I went in.) Finally, I asked if the polish needed another coat and asked for a design and was ignored. He just kept telling me to go sit at the nail station. Grabbed my purse and moved me.

Next the Dip Powder.... the nail tech started mine, stopped did someone else, then came back to me. He was rushed and kept knicking my cuticles. I have so many cuts on my fingers now. The powder wasn't even and has bumps. I got a baby pink, but it has black streaks in some of my fingers like the powder was mixed on accident (double dipped with different colors or something.) Once again I asked for a design, he said okay, then a few mins later said "okay done go wash your hands and pay upfront" I even asked done so no design, but he was running outside for a smoke break.

I don't like making a scene, so I paid and left. I will definitely NEVER be back and making sure if anyone asks that they do not go there. Save your money ... $120 bucks wasted.

This place sucks. Nails turn out crappy and the women who work there are pretty rude except right before you have to pay they will start being nice. One of the ladies left my toenails too long and when I told her I would like them shorter she said "they are prettier this way". She didn't make it shorter until I said something like, "okay I guess i'll just do it myself at home".

They also did not tell me there was a charge to use card. we paid $200 for nails and toes and I gave both of the women $20 tips and then they made me do a separate charge for a 10$ fee to use the card.... Trash place--you would be better off going somewhere else I promise. I have given this place 3 chances and each time they just were worse. last time I went the nails on my hand were different lengths and one was shorter in the center. They are not worth it since there are so many other, better nail places...

I had went in to get a gel full set. One of the ladies there did a soak off for the nails I already had on. While I was sitting there she asked me what I wanted done I showed her a picture of what design I wanted and which she proceeded to say “okay, we can do that”. I was then sat with another employee there who was actually gonna do my nails. She began prepping my nails (filing down the mail tip, buffing etc.) and then proceeded to ask what I wanted I showed her the same picture I showed the 1st lady and she said “oh can you pick something else I can’t do that design”. So, I understood and started quickly searching for a simple design then she told me she would just basically freestyle it and come up with something cute. I DID NOT LIKE IT ONE BIT I’ll tell you that much !!!! Gel nails looked like bubble gum and looked very bulky for my small fingers....
