Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Phoenix

I love Coldstone and probably treat myself to a pint of my favorite ice cream at least once a month. I like others find it convenient to order online but find this location does not make it the the same. Everytime a place an online order I feel like I never get what I pay for. I paid 14.47 for a pint w/ extra toppings. I should have stuck with a Gotta have it and saved myself 4 dollars because that's what I got, although it's not what I paid for. When you go in there depending on who is working determines the amount of product that you receive. They have not been taught to measure the correct amount based on the size of the order, they eyeball it and depending on who you have that vision is very small. I've been a couple of times trying to get what I'm used to and I'm very disappointed because I'm just not getting it. I guess this will be my last treat. On to Scooptacular on 51st avenue and baseline You can pay 8 dollars for a Sunday. PREVY Happy customer DISAPPOINTED. Maybe you guys should get some scales and put a weight on it so everybody's is even. Do yourself a favor definitely don't order online and don't spend the money for this ice cream You don't get what you pay for, the I've cream is soft, and the staff could use a little customer...

Usually I am a big fan of cold stone. I always have a fun, warm, and exciting visit. This time it was just the worst experience ever. When my boyfriend and I first walked in we were greated with eye rolls and sighs from the two girls working. We grabbed a cake and asked how much it was and she said "I dont know like 27 dollars or something. So is that it ? Are you going to just get the cake ?" (Which was our main objective to going). The sign said $13.99 for the 6 pieces, so we were just confirming the price. We then put the cake back, because we didn't really want to pay $27 for a small cake. We decided we'd just get ice cream instead. So we go to the counter and had to decide quickly, because we were rushed completely and the girls were super rude to us and we were really disappointed with how awful the customer service was. They were so much in a hurry that the ice cream that we order was just not good. Mine had so much chocolate chips and brownie that i didn't really get to enjoy the ice cream. My boyfriends had just ice cream it was just not what he wanted other than the waffle cone, but they were in such a rush and we were already so uncomfortable that we just left it alone to just get out. Haven't had such awful...

As always the ice cream at Cold Stone is great, BUT the staff here sucks. I was greeted by a young girl named Rachel who had much attitude and did not ring me up correctly. She then proceeded to ask for more money as she stated she did not hear my original request correctly. I explained to her that I had repeated my self to both her and another employee and that they would have to figure it out. My friend I was with agreed to go to the car and get her money to pay the remaining $1.08 and Rachel proceeded to say that one of us had to stay behind until it was paid. Not only was it very assumptive of her that we would Leave and not pay, but her aggressive tone was also not acceptable. Further, when asked for the phone number and contact for her management I was told to look it up. Needless to say I will not be re-visiting this store again...
