Called up here to see if an item I am looking for was sold in their market. The lady who answered did not speak English so she acted as if she couldn’t hear me and hung the phone up on me. I immediately called back and she picked up the phone and hung up on me again. Called a third time and she did it again. This is horrible customer service! If she didn’t understand me then she should’ve said that instead of hanging the phone up on me. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THIS TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER?! They have really good meat. Prices are okay, not the best. Salsas are literally on point ALL THE TIME. Also, the tortillas and hot food. I didn't know you can call them and ask them to grill you a fish or your meat ahead of time so you can pick up. I usually go during day/afternoon hours and butchers are mediocre about hygiene. I absolutely love this place! It's a carniceria/mini mart. They will also cook whatever you want.
