I want to testify to a great experience I had here. I purchased a 6 inch lift job and new tires from Albert (my salesman). The overall job took about 9 hours with the lift, the tire swap, and the alignment. I was skeptical about hiring Texas Tires because of their reviews with people having issues with their lifts in the past. I was informed that there was new management and that those reviews in the past are not indicative of their current capabilities.

I chose to trust this company with my truck and they did a fantastic job. I ended up paying for the lift in cash and financed my tires. The financing has a lot of hidden aspects to it so ask all your questions and Albert will be very open and forward. I am very satisfied with the lift and how they treated me while I waited in the shop throughout the day. Albert was very respectful and kind, and the mechanic is very skilled and timely with his work. I needed my truck done in one day and they busted butt to get it done.

One comment of caution: outside of the control of Texas Tires, the alignment shop they work with (network alignment and brakes) is not the best. They do good work but their customer service is shotty. They are not under ownership of Texas Tires what so ever but the alignment shop gave some unnecessary grief. An inconvenience, but nothing that the lift shop can control.

I came by with the nuisance of my “check tire pressure” light, assuming my tires were just low. I pulled up and immediately Ben came over and without me saying anything several feet away he spotted a tiny nail on my tire. I was shocked how he figured it out so quickly. Normally when I have the check tire pressure light on I have to beg for auto shops to actually check and see if there are nails or if it’s just low on air. Nope, not Ben. He found it (before I ever did), then he explained the two options I had and gave his recommendation. I normally patch these issues but he explained that plugging in my situation was better, and he went into the reasons why. Well I learned something new today. Jose got to plugging my tire and was back on the road in minutes. I came by here because I live near the area and the convenience of them being at the intersection is amazing! Ben was so helpful and quick, as was Jose. They were active and working on several things all at once. Super organized. Super friendly. Wonderful to know they’re in my neighborhood and now I’ll always come here for auto help because they clearly know what they’re doing, their customer service skills were top notch and it was so quick and easy! My first experience was with them on November of 2024 I bought wheels and tires for my son’s truck. Then in April I purchased a lift kit and had installed for my son. Then I bought tires for my daughter’s car. Today I went to get tires for my truck and the experience was amazing as always when it came to Ben the manager. He is always amazing and the reason I keep coming back. The staff they have installing beyond rude and lazy. Ben was out there working on my truck himself with a broken foot while they refused to work. They were not only rude to me but to their boss. The attitude and lack of customer service was amazing when it came to them. It almost has me wanting to never go back. I know my next tire purchase if they are still there I may just purchase else where. Again I am giving five stars cause Ben the manager is amazing and the reason they have my business but they need better employees doing the install customers service is start to finish and tires are not cheap to be treated with such disrespect when there is a...
