I started using Scratch Culinary for about 95% of my meals. With work and life I just wanted to save time with cooking and grocery shopping. Since starting in August, I have lost 20lbs and actually save money because I am not throwing food away or eating out when I am too tired to cook! I order the lower calorie portions and it makes it so easy for me to grab a home cooked calorie controlled meal that was delicious. Their website lets you chose from various dietary needs (keto, paleo, low calorie, etc). The meals I order freeze easily in the containers they provide so if I dont eat them all, I just throw it in the freezer. I break my deliveries up into Monday and Wednesday so I always have fresh food on hand. They also have chef specials each which keep variety in my food.

I have been ordering Scratch Culinary since I moved to Scottsdale in 2019 and I don’t think I could live anywhere else because of these meals. They are so delicious, convenient, and have great variety. I love the chef’s choice meals that switch up every week and the seafood meals. I love how the macros are right on the front of the label. I work with a nutrition coach and it is very easy to log my food on MyFitnessPal because of this.
