Lifetime LifeSpa is a complete rip-off. My massage was terrible, rushed, unskilled, and it left me more frustrated than relaxed. On top of that, the customer service was stuck-up and dismissive, like they were doing me a favor by taking my money. For the high prices they charge, you’d expect professionalism and quality, but instead you get arrogance and mediocrity.

I’m not alone. Yelp reviews call out the same problems with rude staff and inexperienced service. It’s clearly a recurring issue.

I was in Scottsdale a few weeks ago visiting a friend, and woke up with a brutally stiff neck. After a day of pain meds and trying to stretch, it was still killing me!

I came to LifeSpa as they didn’t require an appointment, t god. I saw Danielle who suggested a “rescue from tightness” deep tissue. God damn, it was SO helpful! I told her exactly what the deal was, and she knew exactly what to do. She also gave me a few tips on stretches for the next few days, which were also super helpful.
