the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing indoor playplace that we’ve been to! we try a new one every wednesday and this one easily is one of our new favorites. it kept my son busy and entertained our whole time there. it’s super clean as well! i would give it 5 stars, except i have to be honest about how disappointing the other visitors were there. i hate even writing this, because for one, it’s out of the establishment’s control, and two, because it hurts me even write since it involves children. but when we visited there were too many children there that were bullying and playing roughly, and the mothers/care takers were completely checked out on their phones not guiding their children on how to play nicely. the same children, continued to bully not just my son, but other smaller toddlers/babies. without the caretakers even looking up to intervene. pushing, pulling at, taking toys, yelling at children smaller than them. i would kindly intervene and redirect my child to another area or another toy, because it’s not my place to discipline anyone’s children but my own. we had many incidents with one specific boy, he would take a toy drill and stick it in my sons back and chase him with it, without the mother ever effectively stepping in and remedying making another child cry. he would rip toys out of my son’s hands, and my child would move into something new and the same boy would come, take it and yelled in his face “mine” every time. the biggest reason in writing this review is that it’s become behavior my son picked up on since that day. my son goes to preschool and has never brought home bad behavior, and ever since being bullied by this boy at mini milestones, he now says “mine” and takes bottles away from his little brother. we are working on breaking this bad behavior, but this review is just to bring attention to parents to monitor your children. an establishment like this is not meant as childcare, you’re meant to interact with your children here. not zone out on phone calls and...

Wow. What a waste of time and money. To be fair, I’m supposed to be getting a refund. I signed my 1.5 year old up for mini WALKERS which is supposed to be a “high energy class” for babies and young toddlers just learning to walk or are up and moving. The activities planned were for two other kids who were near kindergarten age and my daughter really couldn’t do participate at all. I sat with her and played with play dough and took her to play in the ball pit myself. The instructor said she would refund me the class so I believe when that’s received it’ll be resolved. As a teacher with a masters myself, I tried to just sit and wait and let the “instructor” go through her plans. I know better than to intrude on someone else’s plans. But I should note she brought out a tray of tiny buttons to play with for a “class” that is supposed to be for babies who are walking. Who makes plans to give babies small buttons? I made sure to stay with my daughter and watch her closely to make sure she didn’t put any in her mouth and swallow them. No wonder you have to sign a liability waiver. It was extremely uncomfortable and I paid $37 to just sit and supervise my daughter play with play dough and small buttons. Hopefully my refund comes through in the next few days and I just won’t be coming back. I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND the MIM for their MiniMusic Makers classes. They’re only $40 for 4 CLASSES and far more engaging, fun, age appropriate, and the trained instructors make great use of real...

I recently hosted a Ninja Turtle themed birthday party for my four-year-old at Mini Milestones and it was an absolute hit! The facility was a dream come true for the kids—fun, clean, and beautifully decorated. The indoor play space kept all the children entertained and safe.

The owner and staff were incredibly thoughtful and organized. They were well-prepared and ensured everything ran smoothly, making the experience stress-free for us parents. Their attention to detail and genuine care for creating a memorable experience for the kids was evident in every aspect.

I highly recommend Mini Milestones for any kids' birthday parties. They exceeded our expectations and made our little one's special day unforgettable. Five stars...
