I took my elderly, fragile grandma for a combo massage because she mentioned having some back pain. The female employee was very courteous by opening the door for us, handing us water, and inviting me to sit down with my grandma even though I was not buying a massage myself. The room was relaxing and I was given a blanket and a place to lay down as I waited for my grandma. My grandma felt so relaxed she fell asleep and I had to gently wake her up.
