What an amazing experience I had with Scottsdale "Paddy O' Furniture"! My family purchased beautiful patio furniture for our backyard patio and spent a pretty penny to do so. Within the first year, we had discoloration on our fabric and when called to report our problem, Paddy O' stepped up and replaced all of our cushions. Within 18 months, the same issue happened again, however, we were out of warranty. At first we were told not only had they discontinued our furniture, but we would have to pay for the cushions to be reupholstered. $1800 worth! I kept my frustrations in check, asked to speak to the manager and in came Kendra Gibson, who listened to my concerns and understood the bigger picture. Kendra not only offered us different options but worked with us to replace all the fabric on the entire collection and replaced our pillows with a new fabric that would "hopefully" keep its color for many years. The entire process was seamless and I now have what looks to be brand new furniture. I can't thank Paddy O' Furniture and Kendra for doing the right thing no matter the cost and for making me a very happy customer, who will continue to share what a great experience I had. It is easy to be nice when someone is spending thousands of dollars to buy something from your store, but to stand behind your product and company name in the "grey" area of a situation is PRICELESS! You pay for what you get and I am very glad I bought from a company that steps up when you need them...
Read moreWe purchased around $6,000 worth of really nice furniture including a large cantilever umbrella - after really only going for the umbrella! So the umbrella was not available until August, we said OK we'll go elsewhere.... " hold on a moment let me see what I can do." Miraculously the umbrella is available after all and can be shipped in time for July 4. Great, so we bought everything. Delivery day comes and guess what, the umbrella is on back order!
I phoned and said OK "we only did this deal because we needed an umbrella for July 4." Mike was sorry, a mistake and he could get us one in a different color in time. OK maybe, if it could be a loner until the right one came, yes we maybe able to do that.
Then the date switched again and it can't be delivered until the 5th. Mike did try to get something else to us to be delivered on the 4th, but by this time it had been way too convoluted and he had lost our confidence and we were done.
Can't say of course, but it just felt like a bait and switch, knowing that we could never have what we wanted in time. It may have been completely genuine and it may have been that he was trying his level best to satisfy our need, but the dates and delivery options were all over the place.
We almost sent everything back, but the furniture was very high quality and looks great, so we kept it. We did manage to get a refund on the umbrella, but I don't think we will be going back - I don't like being...
Read moreI have had a most unusual experience with Paddy O'Furniture. I have literally never worked with a company with better customer service. They are not just excellent. They have gone above and beyond anything I would have expected to make me their ultimate fan! Through no fault of their own, I purchased a beautiful tiled defective table which within the first year had coping chunks loosening from the edges. Their response? Paddy O'Furniture replace the table with another product from another company- also tiled, and from my perspective was much nicer than the first table. After one year- the second table had some grout issues on the edges which I though could be repaired, When I called for service they told me that this was not the first table from this second table's producer to have grout issues. By now I was at the end of the original warrantee. They were willing to replace the table with a new one from the same company, but it would be without much of a warrantee. Then they saw that this was the second table I had issues with the offered to replace this second table with a table that was unavailable when I bought the first table, was considerably more expensive than the first or second table, and included a 15 year warrantee.
