East Garage — Local services in Phoenix

Lets you book multiple days in advance and says you can cancel up until the date they're for. Booked all 3 days for fan fusion but I only ended up needing Friday. Tried cancelling Saturday/Sunday that night and they both claim to be "unable to be cancelled".

The next day on Saturday, the "request refund" button got greyed out, but not Sunday. Pretty clearly showing that they SHOULD have been able to be refunded but their back end is literally set up to refuse it.

Tried calling them, and all I could do was leave a voicemail. Tried emailing and it just says that the specific lot management will get back to me within 3 business days.

How are companies allowed to exist with literally no reachable support and a non-functional system that flat out lied...

Phoenix is terrible at maintaining itself.

Having traveled extensively, I have been to downtown areas that are true meeting centers.

Phoenix is a ghost town.

When there is an event, rules and regs bring everything to a halt.

The last time I worked an event at the convention center, it ran concurrently with a baseball game and a concert. Phoenix PD shut everything down - I assume to make the baseball traffic smooth to exit - but it ground my event to a halt and made the concert traffic spill in to the streets.

I can't believe the price is now $30. It's a taxpayer funded garage. If they displayed the price before I entered the garage I would have parked somewhere else. The price to park is higher than the admission fee going to the Arizona Science Center. When they built the parking structure they said it was going to benefit the stadium and Arizona Science Center so taxpayers should pay for it. I don't think it benefits the Arizona Science Center when the parking is higher...
