Do not go here. My friends and I went in to see the clothes because it looked so cute on instagram. While in there , the manager tried to press us over nothing ?? She was trying to fight us but we were like caught off guard so we left. Súper unprofessional and weird… never come here because apparently it’s illegal to browse around.

Edit: At no time was i greeted or told of the store policies. With that - the manager called me a pig for trying anything on. If I knew this I would have never had come.

Edit 2: Now owner is saying I started it when- as said in other comments - she was the first to yell at my friend in the store. And again, we were NEVER told about the policies. They snickered at us, we laughed because we were uncomfortable, and the manager came to us incredibly aggressively. If she wanted us to not touch the clothes, she could’ve communicated in a professional, respectful manner. Otherwise, as a first time visitor, I would have not known.

To lie and said you spoke to us before this entire interaction is a blatant lie. The disrespect we received in store was only the beginning. Yes I confronted the owner, but to call me fat for not fitting in a small (which I did she’s just trying to make me insecure ?) is so sad. I cannot imagine what she must say behind the backs of other customers.

Please go ahead and support any other business in desert sky. Anywhere else, you will be welcomed with open arms and not get made fun of and yelled at.

This will be the last edit I make as it is frustrating to see how much the owner twists the truth.

Dont recommend shopping here AT ALL. Horrible customer service and the clothes are cheap items they’re trying to up sell. I can say i’ve been to both locations and the employees are very unprofessional and will follow you around and stare you down almost accusing you of stealing. The new location at superstition springs has there fitting rooms open only when they feel like letting you in, when i tried on a couple pieces and didn’t like how they fit the employee proceeded to grab the items i tried on and check every detail for any possible damage right in front of my face. Not to mention, she didn’t speak a single word to me the whole time i was shopping or asked for a fitting room, Like how much more unprofessional can you be? I wish i can say it was a one time experience but like i said, both locations are like this and they’ve done this many many times to others , they make you feel extremely...

Sales manager was horrible bought a dress that was already returned by another customer with makeup on it but still bought it and didn’t realize the zipper was messed up but the sale person knew it was and sold it to me anyway. They don’t let you try on their clothes in store you have to take it home first. Took the stupid dress home and notice the zipper was not going down neither going up. Took it back the next day to let them know they refused to give back store credit and refund to take the dress. I confronted them that they knew the dress was already returned by another customer with mess up zipper but still sold it to me and they couldn’t say anything but stand by and look like I was stupid.
