Corazón de Agave — Restaurant in Phoenix

We knew we’d found a good place for from the moment we walked in and were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The food was absolute perfection! Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic flavors that reminded me of my travels through Mexico. The quesabirrias with consome were tender and juicy, not greasy or oily like you might find at other restaurants. The queso fundido was made with Oaxaca and served hot with a generous amount of chorizo. And don't get me started on their jalapeño margaritas 😋

The service at the bar was impeccable throughout our meal. The bartender was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to explain each dish to us. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. Including a super top secret hot sauce the kitchen guys made for an employee meal the other night.

Overall, Corazon de agave exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Whether you're a Mexican cuisine aficionado or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, this place is a must-visit. We can't wait to come back and try more of their amazing dishes. Highly...

This was a great experience and one I highly recommend for great Mexican food.

Normally I leave a review after two or three visits, but this place was exceptionally unique. I did not have any complaints about any part of our experience.

The food was reasonably priced and had exceptionally al flavor. The portions were fairly large, we had two entrees and a starter and we definitely had leftovers.

The staff was extremely friendly and very efficient with our orders. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating.

As I mentioned previously I have no complaints about this establishment and highly recommend it for a great date night.

My only critique would be this is probably not a place for kids. You are more than welcome to bring them, they won't turn them away, but some of the entrees were messy and there were not a lot of options for kids.

Please, do not let this deter you from trying the amazing food and experience. It has a great staff, great food, with reasonable prices. This is something I would highly recommend to my family...

This was our first time dining at Corazon de Agave and it surpassed our expectations! Loved the atmosphere - it was a breath of fresh air for what’s typical in this neighborhood. Then there was the exceptional service - everyone was very friendly and attentive. The staff was easy to talk to and they seemed genuinely happy to share their restaurant with us. A special shout out to Enrique who took great care of us. Last, but not least, the food was delicious. We had the shrimp ceviche (my husband loves ceviche but it’s not usually high in my list) we both really enjoyed this version and I would happily order it again. We also shared the Enchiladas Souiza (sp?) and for dessert, the flan. Everything was wonderful - we ate every bite. The prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food.
