I come here frequently on my trips back into NorCal. I am a farmer myself . Lost my ID last week, so today I tried to use my āhole punchedā Cali ID and a temp Oregon (I also have an Oregon DL, and literally this is what the DMV gives you)
Like I said, I come in here at least 2x a week, and are we really going to pretend that OLCC can somehow tell my ID is or is not valid from their camera? As if every LP doesnāt back door units off metric just to pay their bills?
This is why people are fed up with the legal industry. You guys allow exotic family farms to sell bags of smalls and b bud boof, meanwhile quality producers get curved
I never complain. I just come in here for wax and pre rolls for the ride home. Honestly pretty lame, since my temp ID, along with the old one, is good enough for LE, the bank, or literally anyone else. But somehow the Dispo canāt accept it?
Like honestly guys, I am a frequent returning customer, how EASY could it be to substantiate it? You donāt mind taking my data and personal info for your rewards program, so itās just honestly very frustrating when a budtender gets all forensic with my ID-
If an ID is expired, does that somehow negate the fact that I am over the legal age and able to consume and purchase cannabis?

I get that everyone has their days but this new employee apparently has one every day. Well, Iāve at least got to experience it twice now. Was so rude the first time I left like wow okay. To when I walked in this evening and seen this same employee, I was like ahh and told myself hope they are having a better day, greeted them with a bright hello etc. they greeted back all felt great. I returned to the store the next day because they were already closed the night before, and the same guy that sold it to me advised well sorry, all I can offer you is 10 percent off my next purchase. So they ripped me off . I can't be the only one this has happen to. So make sure you ask to see your joint purchases before you leave.

I was contacted by the store manager James, who not only apologized for the experience I had, but also made it right by replacing the item we did not receive. He was very professional, and happy to accommodate me. He said once in a great while this can happen, but it is not a regular practice with their company.
