Okay. For starters, for anyone who reads this review, I’m reviewing this restaurant with my up most honesty from my past 10+ visits with the most detail as possible. I’ve dined in at this restaurant for a total of 6 times now, 5 for dinner, 1 for lunch; and i’ve done to-go orders about 4-5 times as well. Off rip I got to say this is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been too for all 3 categories(food, service, atmosphere) and here’s why.
Food: I’ve had a fair portion of the menu by now (chicken satay, fried tofu, tom kha soup, Panang Curry, green curry, yellow curry, papaya salad, boat noodle soup, pad thai, pad kee mao, some stir fry vegetables dish, kra prao, pad green bean, yuzu lemonade, and thai ice tea. All the food comes in very generous portions i’d say close to twice as much compared to a typical restaurant. The chicken satay is incredibly good, tender and juicy chicken, and the peanut sauce is to kill for. Fried tofu is good nothing crazy. Tom kha soup is done very well, they execute the flavors flawlessly. All three curries are done very well flavors are on point. Papaya salad leans more to the flavorless side (still has flavor just not as much compared to the other dishes), but is a great choice for something fresh. Boat noodle is incredible, great flavor and meat is perfectly tender. Pad thai has thin noodles which i honestly enjoy good flavor. Pad kee mao is my personal favorite dish, it’s just packs a lot of flavor and overall great dish (better if spicy). The stir fry vegetables dishes are amazing partly due to the fact that they are drenched in sauce (just means they make good sauce for their stir frys). The yuzu lemonade is weird like i highly recommend trying it. The aftertaste is really weird its a i like it and hate it type thing. Great thai ice tea.
In general I believe charm does an amazing job at making delicious flavorful food at generous portions.
Service: So Charm is known locally to have a issue with spice level. When you ask for a level 1 spice out of 3 you end up getting a 3. So just double ask and make sure your gonna receive the spice level you requested. Another issue Charm is known for is their price (price doesn’t really fall under the service category but who cares). So Im gonna be honest Charm is expensive a average meal with no apps and just water is $17 before tip after tip about $20. So for a family of 4 assuming 1 app, 4 main, just water, your looking at $78 before tip after tip $92 (Charm lowest tip option is 18% which is annoying, but you can always do a custom tip). Some reasons why I believe they ramp up the price is due to the value they place on their food (to clarify, they know they make good food that people would come back for even if they have to pay a premium). And slso due to the generous portion sizes. Because of the portions I do believe the price is somewhat reasonable. Staff from my experience are very friendly. One time they mixed up my order so for the delay they gave me a drink on them and the food came out like 5 minutes after so barely a longer wait. Another time they messed up the spice level for a dish so i got another one for free and got to keep the spicy one, the redo dish came out within minutes and was still delicious.
Overall the food is pricey, but worth it due to portion sizes and quality. The staff are amazing and are always trying to make sure you’re having a great dining experience.
Atmosphere: great atmosphere. The vibe and energy is very comforting and cozy. Not much to say other than it is a great atmosphere.
Overall review I can’t glaze this place more than I have. It is easily my favorite and the best Thai restaurant i’ve gone to. I highly recommend going to this place you’ll honesty enjoy more each visit. Also highly recommended for a date night dinner because the atmosphere is great for a date night mood.

Read moreTried Charm Thai Kitchen for the first time last night! We were 3 lifelong friends catching up after a few years without seeing each other so we decided to feast as the entire menu looked fantastic. We ordered 2 appetizers and 5 entrees to try a little bit of everything!
For appetizers we had the vegetable roll with the plum sauce (the plum sauce reminded me of sweet and sour sauce and it was delicious!) and the spicy tots with ketchup. The tots were exactly what it sounded like, tater tots with some seasoning (which really wasn’t that spicy, and ketchup on the side) they were enjoyed by us all including the 3 year old with us (tots are always a good idea!)
For entrees we had the yellow curry which was so flavorful! I loved that they added bok choy and other fresh veggies. Very clear that they use fresh veggies and not frozen stuff like many places use. Next we ordered the pineapple fried rice that was loaded with flavor, lots of big pineapple chunks, and tons of veggies! We ordered two noodle dishes that were both fantastic but I forget the names. They were larger noodles and so tasty! The last entree we got was the ‘Pad green bean’ and I think we all decided that was our favorite!
Not only was everything delicious but they were all so uniquely flavorful so that every dish was enjoyed separately. No regrets ordering so much food as we will have yummy leftovers for a few days!
Couple of notes: we ordered everything as a level ‘1’ spicy (they have a scale of 1-3) and two out of the three of us thought that was definitely spicy enough. I personally can tolerate a medium spice and thought the 1 was perfect, I don’t think I could handle a ‘2’.
Secondly, I am vegetarian and we ordered 4 out of our 5 dishes to be made vegetarian. It was so extremely easy to order here and both of my meat eating friends said the dishes were so flavorful they didn’t even notice there was no meat.
Overall we had the most wonderful experience and I will definitely be back to try...
