It's a grocery store. It's got all of the things.

The woman who checked me out was super helpful. And took her time to help me with my phone and their app and the whole business. Their connectivity is a joke, but she knew exactly which way to stand in order to get it done. Super helpful. She gets five stars all day long. Sadly, I cannot find my receipt which would have her name on it.

There did seem to be a strangely large amount of people who work there but didn't know where things were. Perhaps I just met them all at the same time.

Also, and this is why 4 stars, I was making a return, actually an exchange was my plan, as my mother had picked up the wrong size filter for the coffee maker. I did not have a receipt, but they're the store brand. And I understand that this man was stating policy to me, 'If you don't have a receipt, I can only give you a store credit." Which is fine, but I still needed the filters. So I asked if I could just exchange them for the correct size? And he made a point of saying that if there was a higher price on the other side that he would have to charge me the difference. Which, yeah, sure. But his tone really could come across as if he was accusing me of trying to get a more expensive item for less. To be clear, we're talking about two boxes of filters that were $3.99. And of course, the filters that I needed were also $3.99. So there was not an issue. It was fine, but it just seemed a little off. Maybe he was having a bad day. I was kind of having a bad day, so maybe that's coloring my perception.

Regardless, they had all of the things that I needed, things I didn't expect them to have, that was super helpful, saved me a second trip to a different story the next day. And again, the checkout woman. Just an all around wonderful...

Pharmacy is so slow. If you need your script I suggest going elsewhere. They use to be good but due to " COVID" they are "short handed, three days behind" I've heard it all. They are pleasant and nice enough it's just they can't seem to ever catch up then they don't call you to let you know they're behind so you go to pick up and there's nothing there to pick up! As for the grocery store it's a small Fry's so if you go in there with that mentality knowing that they may not have what you need then you won't be disappointed the staff is friendly enough just remember it is small so they do tend to be out of things quite a bit or not have enough things which does happen quite a lot I do find myself going to the Fry's located on 13th Street and Bell if I want to make sure to get items that I need. This place does have a decent amount of businesses located in the plaza but the area has a lot of homeless people around. The fact that they are homeless isn't a problem. The problem is the type of homeless people they are. I have nothing against homeless people especially since I was homeless in that area not very long ago so I'm not being any type of way. The people that tend to hang around this and are generally not good people. Not all but most. So it can make trying to shop at any of these businesses kinda uncomfortable. Not always. Mainly at night. Also, not a very big fan of the Frys that's located in this plaza. Its not very clean and the employees are rude to customers way more than they are...
