I am extremely upset an apauled by my recent experience at this restaurant. I will no longer be supporting this business/Franchise. I urge you to please take the time to read about my experience, and decide for yourself if they are worth your time and money. Today was a hot day, I went to this KFC to get mashed potatos, gravy, and coleslaw. The drive-through line was long and I was trying to quickly get a Togo order because I have a sick dog to get back to, and my kids were in the car. The lobby door was not locked and there was nothing specifying that the businesses lobby was closed. In fact there were other individuals in the establishment eating. An African American gentleman was at the counter with a tray of food. The gentleman was distressed and recording as The two employees I could visibly see kept looking at me, but would not acknowledge my presence. The man on the side who was recording told me that the two individuals working refused to give him a to go box, although he had paid for his food, he just did not want to spill leftovers in his car. Although visibly upset the man was not acting out of line, he was not causing a disturbance in the establishment. 10 minutes went by and the two workers refused to acknowledge me. I yelled out to the back of the restaurant, I was in a rush. At first they looked at me and then the man working the drivethrough looked at me and in a unfriendly tone told me the lobby was closed. I told them they had no sign on the door, there were people eating, and I explained what I needed to order and that I had people waiting in the car. The other employee came up to me and told me the lobby was closed again, I reiterated that there were individuals eating in the restaurant, and asked if it was because they didnt want to give the gentleman waiting a to-go box. Extremely rude, they claimed it had noting to do with the ma refused to serve me and walked away. I had to call two stores before I could talk to a store lead who kindly had the district coach give me a call. There was a lot of tension in the store.I feel like the man was being treated terribly by the employees as and I believe it had a lot to do with his race. I did have a conversation with Steve their Area Coach who apologized for the incident and explained it never should have happened. The area manager told me that both of the employees were Hispanic and that he didn't think it had anything to do with the man's race. I Appreciate him calling me and apologizing, but my phone call did nothing to help my experience personally, and respectfully I do not agree that this incident had nothing to do with race. Regardless of employees being minorities that does not mean their contempt for the gentleman was not racially charged. Reguardless of what happened with the man they should be tendung to other people in the store. They lack professionalism and quite frankly the two grown men handled the situation like toddlers. Read moreTonight I was extremely disappointed with this KFC we went to pick up dinner and they missed a couple sides, then when we went back for them so the we could eat as a family the manager at the drive thru was rude then she told me that since I didn’t have a receipt that I had to pay for the side. I then told her that they didn’t give me one and that why would I have come all the way back just to get free mashed potatoes that I had come all the way back for what we rightfully had paid for with our meal which they forgot to put in the bag. She then decided ok that if I wanted the mashed potatoes that I had to pay the 4.99, I drive a big truck so for her then not only not fix my order and still want to me to pay again for what they forgot I was outraged. I then went in and when I asked for her supervisor she gave me the number and I called this Supervisor or franchise owner not sure who Max is but then he talked to her then told me that I needed to learn how to read the menu correctly and that We people try to get free food all the time, after that statement I was furious how dear him tell a paying customer that and for makes potatoes really. I had just went there for what we had already paid for. I don’t know about you but as an american restaurant franchise owners should hear the customer out and fix the problem not be rude and still not give me what I had already paid for. Read moreMy Wife and I love KFC mainly for the fried chicken potatoes and corn our favorites and not to mention the delicious buns! This time however, we decided to try the new hot wings for sale... We are very disappointed they tasted horrible and soggy and nasty.. They are probably the worst wings we have ever had from any place that wings sale. Their are many reasons why I gave the score I did it isn't just based on the food but the service we have been getting the last few times as well. We understand that during these times the staff you have especially will usually consist of teens and maybe young adults but once it impedes on the customer service and quality experience one has especially through drive through it can be an issue. We where one of three cars in the drive through that night and the constant giggling on the microphone or wait a minute and hearing the giggling in our opinion was not professional what so ever. once at the window we can see almost everything. the older guys obviously not teen flirting with the obvious teen girls at the window was quite disgusting a little sexual harassment is not okay in any work place especially with a teen that has no idea if this is even appropriate. the food took longer to make and probably which is why it affected the quality of our food as well. I gave a higher score only because of our past experience with the food and the other times of professionalism but these wings and last visit was quite infuriating.
