Jokers Homemade Ice cream — Restaurant in Phoenix

I am a dasher and waited over 20 minutes for my customer’s order. No one comes out for 10 minutes and there’s several customers coming in after me and another dasher is also waiting on their order. I don’t get how they run this business this way. I am sure their ice cream and Italian ice is good but I don’t have the best impression waiting so long for my customer. We as dashers make money per order and time is money. I get they may be busy but shouldn’t take that long for ice cream. At least have someone greet people promptly not have them stand waiting for 10+ minutes. That’s extremely poor customer service.

To the “owner” who claims to door dash as well and commenting on my review. If you do DD then you should know. You would know how this affects our ratings with DD for orders when they take too long. Best Ice Cream shop I have ever been to; it's ice cream, how special could it be? WRONG. You can just taste the homemade in this place.
