My partner and I received some coupons in the mail so we decided to go to this location to have lunch. Upon arriving the shop was empty and we proceeded to place our order. I could have ignored the lackluster attitude, the sandwich that was made incorrectly, and even this young person's inability to properly scan a coupon. What I could not ignore was the fact that he charged us for things we didn't order, and when asked to correct the error he acted as if we were asking that he perform a duty outside of his job.
While staring aimlessly at the register trying to figure out how to reverse the charge, a food delivery driver comes in and asks about an order. He turns to her and says "just wait while I deal with these people." He actually referred to us as "these people" and it was the only time during the entire interaction that he showed some personality. As soon as the words left his mouth I made direct eye contact and repeated them back to him.
The young person must have realized that it was the wrong thing to say because he refunded our entire order and rushed us out the door. As a person of color there are only a few ways to interpret those words, and none are good. I felt very disrespected and would hope that there would be some consequences for this employee. We did not get his name due to his badge being covered up with a "Happy Gilmore" name tag. We were at the store on Saturday 10/4/2025 around 2 PM.

First, they are charging EIGHT DOLLARS 💸 for a puny 6" sandwich. But, my wife was hungry so I paid and left. I added a 2.99 Lemonade.
I brought the sandwich 🥪 home and my wife pointed out that the bread was so stale that it crumbled into pieces. Additionally, there was no American cheese on it either. And they are charging EIGHT DOLLARS 💸 for a six inch sub.
Needless to say, we will not ever be back to this location. Hey, let's just leave the bread 🍞 out until it gets stale! Serve it anyway! Who cares! The customer orders cheese 🧀 on their sandwich? TEN SECONDS LATER, I forget to put the cheese on? Who cares! Serve it anyway! These suckers obviously want this crap because they will pay EIGHT DOLLARS for a puny 6" sandwich. And, it is ALL ABOUT ME anyway. Why... They ought to pay me for just showing up.
Not only will we never patronize this Subway again but... we are finished with Subway too. My advice? Fire everybody at this location, hire new staff, PROPERLY train...

At the end of my meal, my cashier was mopping near me, flicking her mop, splashing me. Not only that, none of the caution slip signs were up. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, she didn’t warn me about slipping areas cus she about near mopped the whole walkway, I’m lucky I didn’t slip and fall.. I let the younger gal know that she splashed me w her mop and she gave me an unsincere apology then quickly went back to work.. never going to eat here again, I’d advise you...
