Bad experience with a cashier. There was no line, I along with another lady walked straight to the two cashiers. My cashier asked for my number. I tried giving it to her but the 2nd cashier talked over me to a lady behind me in line. I again tried to give my number, but the 2nd cashier again talked over me even louder. This happened a third time which during that time I had to get closer to my cashier to tell her my number. I looked at the second cashier who was speaking Spanish to the lady behind me and in plain English told the lady I'm sorry but you were next in line then looked at me. I automatically assumed she was telling me I cut the line which obviously there was no line when I walked up to the cashier. I asked the 2nd cashier, so you're saying I skipped the line cause that's what I feel you're doing. She didn't say anything.    Read moreI wish I could give this location zero stars. This used to be my go-to storeânot just because itâs close to home, but because customer service was once excellent, the store was clean, and the shelves were always stocked. Unfortunately, thatâs no longer the case.
I went in yesterday to make a payment, and the cashier looked irritated from the moment I approached, as if I was inconveniencing her. She told me, âI think the system is down,â but made no effort to check until I asked her to.
Meanwhile, my wife asked another employeeâwho was stocking shelvesâif they had any scent strips available. The worker responded with, âI donât know, Iâd have to check,â then went right back to stocking without making any effort to help.
The customer service from both employees was disappointing. Itâs hard to understand how people with such poor attitudes were even hired. A refresher course in basic customer service would definitely benefit...

Sales associates do not help you on the sales floor when you have questions & they don't take the time to assist you when your looking for an item. Tried to exchange an item for the same item, different size & sales associate returned item instead. Come to find out, they did not have the item in stock so I couldn't exchange. Couldn't purchase my item back that I got as a gift. All I wanted was an exchange & I got a return & walked out with nothing. Lost out on my item that I got on a gift when I just wanted to exchange.
