In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went through drive thru, ordered four #2's, no onion and no tomato, with 3 pink lemonad drinks and 1 Arnold Palmer. At the first window we confirmed the order and I paid. Got my receipt and went to the next window. Lady again confirms order. Tells me it'll be $20 something and change. Told her I already paid. She gets on the headphone and starts talking. A minute passes and I tell her, we have the receipt, do you want it, she says no. Comes back 2 minutes later and asks for the receipt (I never get the receipt back). She comes back again and hands us bags of sauce, mind you it's taken almost 8 or 10 minutes'ish. She gives us 2 small bags with fries and then a bag of 4 burgers and finally my 4 drinks. There's a huge line behind us and we go on our way I pull over and see there's only 3 fries inside. I go back, walk in this time and get my other fries. No big deal, dude on the front apologizes. I drive home and here's what I actually got three #3's with onions and tomato, one #1 with onions and tomato. As for the fries, two are cooked to perfection and the other two were completely RAW. The ONLY thing they got correct were the drinks. Y'all have 3 main menu combo item choices and managed to mess up most of my order. Too pissed to go back, too hungry not to eat anything but I'm allergic to tomato. My kids were able to eat bu taking off the onions and tomato, but wife and I were not. No food, no receipt. Just ruined my whole day. Oh, and I did get extra packets of sauce...

When we went my girlfriend and I both had burgers and fries so this review is based solely on their burgers, gets, and service. So let me start out by saying that the burgers that we got were fantastic probably the best fast food burgers that we have ever had and they were pretty big too. The frys on the other hand in my opinion were terrible. They make their frys fresh there you can see them putting the potatoes through a press that cuts them into frys which I thought was cool but when we got our food and there was a lot of it which is normally great we just could not eat very many of the frys. They felt and tasted very undercooked as if they were not fried enough they also do not come presalted though they do give you salt packets just better be careful you don't accidentally over salt. Now for everything other then the food. They do not have a lot of seating here and it seems like it is always crowded so don't come expecting to be able to sit anywhere. That isn't to say you can't get lucky and catch a table that was just left. As for the service all I have to say is that the wait for the food felt more like a restaurant then a fast food joint which is unacceptable since all they have on their menu are...

I visited this location on Sunday Sep 29th. I want to recognize an employee that provided the most outstaning service that night. I believe her name is Keyy Mo, she is a young Latina Team Member. From the moment I walked in she made me feel special as a customer. First telling me that I was in the wrong line and that she could help me in the next register! Then I ordered with her two double burgers; 1 minute later I decided that I didn't want cheese on those burgers I just ordered and I told Kelly if she could take the cheese off. She said; "What is the order number, I'll take care of it". And I tought that was that. About a minute later I was minding my own business and she approched me and mentioned that the double burgers without cheese was actually less money and if I wanted a refund she could help do that right now. It wasn't much but just the tought of her thinking to provide a higher level of service is what counts!! I was just taken back by her professionalism and proactiveness of this intellegent young lady.
