Vivian’s Nails Studio (formerly Nails Studio) is under new management. If you visited this location more than four months ago and were disappointed, I highly recommend you come back and try again!! Vivian’s Nails Studio is the best because of Vivian! I will follow her wherever she goes because my nails are always on point! She is kind and so amazing at her craft and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! Ive also had services from Kathi (she does great pedicures!!) The environment here is very laid back, clean and calming. Recently they took the window decals off the front entrance and it completely changed the entire ambiance. Im told they will be putting some back up to block out the AZ heat!! Before the salon felt dark and hidden and now the salon is bright, clean and inviting!! For pedicures, the massage chairs are nice and new and they use disposable tub liners, a new one for each client. The salon also has five TVs and you can ask for a specific channel anytime! Seriously, I just changed TV as Im getting my nails done! What else is amazing?? The color selection is unmatched. The worst nail experience of my life. On top of being skipped over 3 different times, my nails came out so ugly! So ugly that I had them taken off the next day and paid to get them redone elsewhere. They got busy and suddenly that meant I was not a priority. I was helped by 3 different people- because they were doing a million other things rather than my nails. Starting and stopping over and over again just to help other customers. The nails came out terribly crooked and thick. I asked for short French tips with a thin white line and what I left with was far from. The simplest nail style around and it took over 3 hours. The manager is the one who finished my nails and knowing how terrible my experience was she was “gracious” enough to take off $10 :/ the nails should’ve been free they were so ugly.
