BUYER BEWARE - I will never shop here again. My wife and I came in a week ago and purchased a Pendleton jacket for my dad for his birthday but we were unsure about the size. We were ASSURED by the sales associate that we could come back any time (even without the receipt!) and get a full exchange. After trying it out we realize the size runs a bit large so we come back less than a week later to do the exchange of one size down for an identical jacket (with the receipt!) and what do they tell us? For a $250 dollar jacket we can get $60 store credit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Luckily I contacted Pendleton (the maker of the jacket) and they said they would do the exchange no problem all I would need to do is mail it to them - But think about this for a second - the giant corporation had zero qualms about exchanging an identical jacket large for a medium but the local retail store wanted to give me .25 cents on the dollar in store credit... AGAIN ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

I am all for supporting local business but this was just too much. In the future maybe come here and test out your sizes but then make the final purchase online - you will have much less of a headache if you ever need to do an exchange.

For what it was worth the sales associate was very friendly and helpful but that doesn't even come close to making up for this store's EGREGIOUS and down right DISHONEST...
