El Atacor — Restaurant in California

I used to go for mostly asada fries, or asada burritos but on occasions I noticed they would serve me what seemed the last of the meat, not enough meat on the plate and the worse part, the asada meat had a lot of chewy tough skin parts, pretty much every bite was bad and tough, needing to spit it out. I called them to let then know that I was a regular customer but I was told that I should have brought the food back if I didn't like it (not only my plate but the 3 others I was buying for my husband and daughter was the same, and they too complained about the meat). I told them I live a distance from their location and that was truly an inconvenience, or I would have, they did not offer to reimburse me, the lady who answered the phone said she's not the cook, she seemed defensive and rude about it, not apologetic at all. She told me she would call me back, that she was busy and had others to help. I never got a call back. Guess they're okay with loosing customers. The one good thing is they're open 24/7 but I don't recommend this place, their service and quality of food...

I wish I could give this place a better review. I remember eating here in 2016 and the food was amazing, my wife and I ran into this place again (5 years later) and decided to stop to eat here for old times sake. To begin, customer service is great, we have no complaints about that. However, the food just didn't taste like authentic Mexican food. Nothing at all like we remembered, we paid just over $30 for 2 burritos that we almost felt obligated to eat due to the high price. The burritos just lacked flavor, this can be improved by using fresh ingredients. As I mentioned in the beginning, I really wish I could give this place a better review, but the food just wasn't good enough. This place is a rip off,and the lady is rude,not nice at all,prices are extremely high even the specials are not specials,was a little hungry and was parked right in front with my big rig went to counter to order when noticed I did not have my bank card,but had $ 6.00 and some change told lady I was sorry but I didn't have my bank card if I could get something for the six $ she say as to me there is nothing thats cost $6 issued can you give me something close to $6 and I will bring you what I owe if not later today then Tommorow and she says there is nothing on the menu for $6 sorry but I cannot,after scanning the menu the tacos were $3 and a burger was 6.99 anyway lady wouldn't cut me a break,all the time looking at me like I was trying to rip her off, will never...
