The Cookie Plug — Restaurant in California

I've gone here a couple of times, so this is only based on the last time I visit. On 4/16/22 I took my brother to choose some cookies. He struggles with communication and making choices so he needs a little more time to choose. There were customers before us I guess they needed a bunch of cookies or something. I did overhear her say, "I'm by myself and like you can see it's been busy." Which I thought was perfect timing because my brother won't feel rushed and she can take her time doing what she needs to do. When she approached us, I kindly let her know we are going to need a couple of minutes and for some reason she was really bothered by this. On top of that, she was coughing. I know the mask mandate is over but she was coughing into her HAND, instead of her elbow and wasn't wearing a mask. The grossest part was that she DIDN'T wash her hands after she coughed into her hand. I just hope if they do show her this review, she understand some kids need more time to pick, it might seem like an easy decision to you but for kids like my brother it VERY hard. When i entered i was pretty confused because there was no menu. The girl came out and explained the prices pretty quick, seeming rushed. The cookies are basically 5 dollars each which is alot for one cookie. This is my first time trying this place and i am not impressed. Customer service was mediocre, the cookies were on the stale side, not much bang for your buck. The snicker doodle was a little raw on the inside but i dont mind that because usually i like very soft cookies but the taste overall was ok. I just think if you want to sell cookies that that price they should be of higher quality and excellent taste. Maybe other locations might be better, not sure because it does seem that low reviews are more apparent in this location. This is my second time visiting Conspiracy Cookie and I'm addicted! The Keto cookies are the best Keto cookies I've ever had! MUST try. They are smaller than the other cookies, but they are still huge! Before I started Keto 3 weeks ago I tried their chocolate chip cookies, Peanut butter and another one and they they were good. But now I come for the Keto only.

Today was my lucky day! Usually they sell 1 Cookie for $4, 3 for $10, etc (because they are ginormous, heavy, thick and delicious)! But TODAY Thursday, March 25th the special is 5 cookies for $10!
