I placed an online order on 1/20/25 and this was cancelled the following day on 1/21/25 without any reason. The item remained available on the website (with the price being adjusted), so I placed a second order on 2/7/25. This order was also cancelled on 2/10/25.
Please work on your customer service! No one has reached out to provide an explanation on why my order keeps getting cancelled. Overall very shady business practices! Either sell the item or donât post it online for purchase.
UPDATE: Not sure if I believe the ownerâs excuse. I have made several large ticket purchases using my same laptop from the same US location (my home) and have never had this issue. If you ship your items requiring signature upon delivery, is a photo ID not required to receive the item? This would confirm that I am in-fact the person who made the purchase. Also, why not send a follow-up email or make a call to verify the purchase if there was concern for fraud? All of my information was provided. I am no longer interested in the product, so I will not be reaching out.    Read moreI stopped in to Samuelson's by chance. It was across the street from my bank and a block over from where I have worked for years. I had never noticed the store before. So, I went in and was needless to say pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Mr. Samuelson who paired me with Lishai. I knew what I wanted and Lishai assisted me in making a wonderful selection. I saw a stone set in another setting that I liked. I purchased that stone and it all begin from there. I liked Samuelson's had a wonderful selection but I wanted something customized. Lishai emailed me a website they use to order settings. I chose a few I liked, she brought them in. I selected the one I liked and had some custom changes added. Through the process Lishai kept me informed of the process from customization of the setting to the setting of the stone. When the ring was finished I couldn't believe how amazing it looked!! Lishai made my experience at Samuelson's so easy. Her attention to making sure I was happy along with her knowledge was unmatched. My girlfriend, now fiance when I presented the ring was overjoyed!    Read moreHate to post badly on small businesses, but do think people should be aware. Husband bought my engagement ring from Samuelson in 2019. Loved the ring and never had issues until one year later. The ring started turned my finger very black. We inquired quite a few times on what we could do and even went in person recently to discuss why this is occurring with my engagement ring but not my 2 wedding bands (which were bought from another jeweler). We paid for refinishing of the engagement ring through Samuelson but it continued to happen. When we were in the store we were told that Iâm allergic to the ring and I needed to go to the doctor to figure out what Iâm allergic to to be able to wear the ring. The last offer we were given in person is to buy a new ring at $2500. Itâs unfortunate after many years of coming back with this issue and paying for many refinishings nothing could be done. We ultimately ended up getting the ring remade by the same jeweler we bought my wedding bands from since we knew the white gold he was using wasnât turning my finger black and for a way cheaper price.
