CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Pinecrest

Horrible customer service. After waiting over 30 mins for a drop off of a script, the older white hair pharmacist tells me she cant find the medicine in her system. I told her i gave it to Adraina. Then she finds it there on the desk and tells me that cvs doesnt carry the medicine. When i ask what to do, she tells me she doesnt know because it is a controlled medicine. Excuse me?!!!…. i would be the first to know. I’m a medical professional. I Dont need to go to pharmacy school for that junk. Totally incompetent. Ohhh but to be on the phone over an hour, that’s ok. Ignore everyone...

I came to pick up medication through the drive-thru. I waited 30 minutes to be served. Finally, when the clerk came out, he was rude and refused to help me. He handed me a form to fill out and then turned around. I decided to get out and speak to the manager, but the person who helped me was even worse, so I left. Apparently when they tell you your medication is ready for two more days it actually means one. Now I have to wait 15 minutes which in their timeline is around 45 minutes. Last time I was here they gave me a refill for the wrong medication dosage I had, waited an hour. I just want to get my damn medication and leave for god sakes, is it so hard for a pharmacy...
