After years of being a loyal costumer I was recently more than dissatisfied with restores costumer service .
My daughter is an elite athlete and has been through multiple injuries and restore has been aces through it. However, they way we were approached by management as loyal costumers was not ok.
We purchased 20 hyperbaric sessions as they advised for my daughter to recover from surgery. They made it clear it had to be consecutive for it to be as effective as possible. For 20 days we were dedicated and switched work schedules did all we could to make it work. On day 20 I got a call that they had to cancel because the nurse had just quit on them. I understand things happen. Not much you can do, but the nurse hadn’t just quit on them. She was had left a least a week prior _A heads up a few days prior would have been great. That wasn’t the real problem, the problem was when they called I never was given the option to reschedule. I got a “ oh you’ll have a credit for next time “? Next time? When you sell your package you make it clear that 1 session is not effective that it must be consecutive?
Furthermore, ironically enough that days prior I ran a little late becaue I got stuck at work and there was traffic. My bad. Nothifn I can do. As I all through the door I’m told “ sorry, but your daughter will only have 40 minutes because you’re late and we have someone after you “ I completely understood! The next person shouldn’t be late because of me. However, the next person came in at their appointment time and when they arrived they still had to do a telehealth visit and medical Clearance and they took over 30 minutes more like 40 minutes with that costumer. In other words my daughter could have had her 20 minutes and they would had plenty of time before the next costumer. The other costumer was even restless because they took so long to get her settled.

I communicated to the receptionist over the phone and to the staff when I was at the “wellness center” that I just recently had surgery and was doing this to supplement a healing incision. I told the girl texting the nurse Practicioner that I had a routine surgery with no complications, no signs and symptoms of infection besides slight tachycardia. The girl took my vital signs as I was standing up after I had been walking around the room while I waited to be attended (I cannot sit down because of my surgery), obviously my heart rate was going to be a little elevated. I’m a nurse myself so this nurse Practicioner should’ve taken that into account, but I mean she also didn’t perform the assessment herself. Had she done so, she would’ve realized there was no reason to deny me a service. This entire experience was very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
