The outside of this restaurant looks like some kind of old run-down place. It could just be the shopping center that it's in, but at least they can maybe make it seem more inviting from the outside. Upon entering you immediately run into a small table, with menus on top. Looking around you'll see a very dim restaurant, with light music playing overhead. The strange thing that threw me off was the difference from the exterior to the interior of the place. When you enter, there isn't any sign really saying if I should wait for a host or sit down. After standing for a minute or 2, one of the waiters comes up and takes my friend and I to our table. There seemed to be no personality from the staff whatsoever, from the gentleman who sat us to the waiter, to really anyone but the young lady who was cleaning up tables with a smile on her face. We were asked what we wanted to drink, and we're given time to look over the menu. The menu is very basic with the typical Italian choices. I chose the lasagna and my friend wanted to get the stuffed shells, but questioned if they can be gotten with chicken, but the waiter stated they were "Pre-made" which makes me wonder if all their food is Pre-made outside the restaurant. She changed her order to the spaghetti with meatballs. We were given garlic bread rolls which were smothered in garlic and oil. Far too much garlic for the both of us, we had to scrap the stuff off. To each their own. When we were served, my lasagna looked like a messy cheese soup. As far as presentation, I wasn't really ecstatic. But, more importantly the taste. It didn't really have much. All I could taste was the cheese, it was far too much. The lasagna was supposed to be a cheese and meat lasagna but I would say it was about 85% cheese and 15% meat. It didn't really have much flavor other than that. The spaghetti and meatballs was also pretty bland, I can say the pasta was cooked perfectly, but the sauce and the meatballs were very bland and didn't really have much seasoning. They were pretty dry too. At the end of it, I don't think I would come here again any time soon. It gives off the high end vibe on the inside, but doesn't really pack the punch I'd like it too. The outside really should be decorated more or something. I can't really say the staff was rude, but I can't say much about the staff at all as they all looked serious and just were there to get paid and didn't even say hello. The food, which is of course the most important, just didn't really cut it for me.

Food= 5 ⭐️ Atmosphere=4 ⭐️ Service= 3 ⭐️ Prices= 4 ⭐️ I’ve lived in Miami 35 years and always wanted to try this place. Getting my husband to try new places isn’t easy. Then a friend of his told him how great the pizza is here. We went on a Friday night. We were there early, around 6. We were told to seat ourselves. There were open tables, so no wait. A nice young lady brought us menus. They have a nice selection of pizzas, pastas, meats, seafood, salads, beers and wines. A different waitress came over to take our order. I didn’t get her name as she never introduced herself and wasn’t wearing a name tag. She was not as nice as the first waitress. She simply asked “are you ready?” Maybe she was having a bad day? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I ordered the flounder with a Pinot Grigio. My husband ordered the 10” meat pizza. The waitress did not say thank you. She just simply took our menus and left. It seemed like she didn’t really want to be there. We were pleasantly surprised when they brought out a basket of warm garlic knots. They were really yummy (and very garlicky!) My drink was there soon after. The first, younger waitress soon brought out my husband’s pizza (I wish restaurants wouldn’t bring out food orders separately). My fish was out soon after. I tried the pizza. It was indeed very good. My fish was also very good. It came with a side of spaghetti. If I’d known it would come with red sauce, I would have asked for it plain. I don’t think the red sauce and lemon butter sauces really go together. Nevertheless, everything was very tasty. The portions were big and we both had half of our meals leftover. We waited for a very long for the check and to-go boxes. The older waitress was on her phone- it looked like she was FaceTiming with her kids. Thankfully the younger waitress brought us some boxes and the check. I don’t know who actually received the tip. I hope it was the first waitress. She actually deserved it. Our meal was $65 before tip. I would be back for the food, and hopefully a friendly waitress/waiter.

Normally I'm a big fan of great service, but in a strip mall pizza place, I guess you get what you get. I'd give four stars for the service, but the food was so amazing, I give Di Napoli five stars on food alone. The wood fired pizza is outstanding, but the appetizers were great, too! We started with an order of meatballs and an order of sausage. Each came with sauce: meatballs with meat sauce and sausage with marinara. I liked the meatballs better than the sausage, but both were excellent. The meatballs were dense but light and delicious. My favorite part of each, though, was the marinara that came with the sausage. It was fantastic. Then we got the Napoli pizza (with half pepperoni) which is their straight up cheese and tomato pizza. Good amount of cheese and the sauce was sweet and in good proportion. The star, though, was the crust. It had just the right amount of char. Too much char, to me, is bitter. This was charred but not too much so you couldn't taste it as burned. It was fantastic! So, if you're not in a rush but want amazing food, go here m They're on Uber Eats, too!

Let me start off by saying that the three stars I'm giving is not for the food as it is excellent and we have ordered from there before, and in the big scheme of things this may be meaningless. The lower star rating was for the "Customer Service" that was somewhat lacking last evening, Sept. 29th. We placed a large order through UBER Eats and it was delivered in about an hour give or take, but that was expected. As I'm sure some of you know, part of the orders sometimes do not arrive, as my entre did not. I called the restaurant to lodge the discrepancy, and a young, new staffer took my call. When I advised her of the error, she apologized and would have my entre made. But then she asked me to come pick it up. I advised that I would not and they needed to deliver it. She advised they would in about 20 minutes or so, fine. I then received a call 20 minutes later advising me that their regular delivery driver, not UBER, refused to make the delivery because it was outside of his delivery radius of 5 miles, and my house is 6.5 miles away, hmm, really? I advised the young staffer that that was not my problem and they needed to make it right. Her lack of experience was showing and the tone of the call began to deteriorate. My wife took the phone away from me because "Bad Bert" was about to show himself and she asked for the manager "Claudia." Claudia did her best to rectify the situation by making her driver come to our house but it was already too late for another meal delivery. Claudia seemed very professional and on top of things, but did say they have new and inexperienced workers that should have asked for assistance. Folks, it is our jobs to teach the young ones how to do their jobs, so we can avoid uncomfortable situations like this. Please train your staff and advise your driver that was not appreciated. Now I...
