For over 20 years, I have been a loyal Best Buy customer. We've purchased all our kitchen appliances including repurchases especially the microwaves for both houses. Late 2022, I purchased a LG washer with the warranty $1k. Recently, I purchased multiple blink cameras. After installing one, I didn't want the others for personal reasons. I went to the store the day of the return and they were closed early so I thought. Immediately, I called the 800# to state it's the last day to return and the store is closed early. No one said the store is the only one that closes 7 not 8 like the others. The rep gave me case# and stated you will not have a problem it's only 1 day and the product isn't open. Next day, I met the rep at the register who states I can't return the item. I explained what happened. He stated you can get a gift card of your choice. I explained its $150 and I don't need a gift card. He refused to hear about my call and case# with his team at customer service who told me it will not be a problem. The guy started to speak with a rude tone as and I stopped speaking and said calmly. Your team said a manager can override for 1 day unopened products. He started moving his neck while speaking and said I am the manager and you take what I am offering. I said have you made exceptions before as I was informed. He continued to be sarcastic and basically talking down to me. I really was stunned and stopped talking and stared at how this guy was loudly carrying bringing attention to our conversation. I started to ask for his managers name, but he abruptly cut me off as if I am done talking to you lady. He said you can have my name which I never asked for because he cut me off. He was proud to say I am the manager and I am not returning it to your credit card. He proceeded to walk to the back and get his card with his name Danzel Mcpherson. I took his card without any further conversation because he was not portraying any type of friendly customer service. He went out his way to be obnoxious. It was my mistake not noticing the date/store time to return. But, I cannot ignore the total disrespect and distain countenance a Manager displayed to a customer. He had my account on his screen. He probably saw a long time customer of 20 years. By the way, the call back to customer service overseas was no help. The case number was a waste of time. They told me go back a different time and try another manager. Unacceptable behavior and Poor Customer Service. Think twice about making purchases her with a 15 day...

The Appliance Wouldn't Fit Thru the Front Door...Driver Measures the Door, Puts the Refrigerator Back in the Truck and Leaves Without Telling My Daughter Anything.( Found Out Later, The Driver Took Pictures of the Front of the House, Sent Them to His Dispatch along with a note that said " No One Was Home")....In The Pictures it Shows Both My Daughter's Cars Are There..And they Both Spoke With the Driver and Took Everything Out Of the Old Fridge... I Called the ( Pinecrest Store in South Miami, That's the Only # On the Receipt)....I was told That I Should be calling the Store...I ask for the Delivery Warehouse #...And the Person Hung up on me, Called Back to Speak to the Salesman and Was Hung up On Again....I Googled an 800 # for (Bestbuy) Deliveries ( to find out why they just drove off and or if the were coming back)...I Got a 3rd Party Delivery Company ( A JB Hunt Dispatcher)..Driver Lied to Dispatch and Said, ( No One Was Home so they Left)....Dispatch Said they would talk to the Driver at the End of the Day...In the Meantime, My Daughter Still Don't know when She is Gonna Get Her Refrigerator... MY ADVICE TO HER IS JUST GET YOUR $2000 BACK AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM...

We went because it was the best buy closest to out home and we wanted to buy an xbox one video game for a gift for one of our nephews.When we went to pay the customer service agent and he said that if we applied for the stores credit card we would get $20 off the video game we were buying, even if we didnt get accepted. So my husband and I both applied and instead of one game we bought two. The next day we went to the store with both of our friends and their 3 year old child. Our friends were there because we had referred them to the store and told them about the deal of applying for the credit card. So they wanted to buy a tv since they had recently moved and needed one.They applied for the credit card and were not approved so they did the same thing we did and bought two video games instead of the tv. So we finished paying and saw two police officers heading our way. The officers said the store had called because since my husband and I had gone to the store the day before and now we were there with more people, we were suspicious and they needed to check our id cards to make sure we were not stealing anyone's information. I have no words to describe how embarrassing this was. I didnt know that paying for your articles and referring people to a store was a crime. We were stereotyped and all of this happened in front of our friends three year old son. I am never going to this store again and im going to make sure everybody finds out about what this store did to me and my friends, so that it doesn`t happen to...
