Wish I could do half a star tbh. Well first off, the prices are INSANE. Like I probably couldn’t go in there and pick oup one thing that wasn’t overpriced. I hope the management for this store reads these reviews.. YOU GET EVERYTHING IN THE STORE FREE!! WHY DO YOU NEED $30 FOR A PAIR OF BEAT UP SHOES? THAT WERE AGAIN, FREE! I’m not a fan of most of the employees there.. but there is this lady, I think her name is Ashley who’s there most of the time, she’s amazing, very sweet very kind, I love her, don’t ever quit Ashley. She’s probably the best of the experience in that store. But if you planned on coming here to save a couple bucks, go somewhere else.. You won’t find a shirt for under $6.99. Guarantee it. Jeans for $10 that should be like 4? Crazy. Lord they get confident in pricing them fake bags they have out.. ive been to all goodwills near me such as beaumont,port arthur and lumberton. This goodwill in particular has decent cloth but the prices are higher 100% than the other goodwills. Even if the clothes are great it doesn't really much excuse the pricing for items they have received for free. If you are an actual family struggling looking for great quality clothing with great prices i urge you to pursue going to houston goodwills. the goodwills in houston have sales every week and they do not fiddle or change "Color Tags" like the ones in orange,port arthur,beaumont and lumberton. My wife found a few items she wanted, and we took them to the register. One item had 2 price stickers on it. One for $4.99 and one for $2.99 so she was happy to find it marked down. The lady who appeared to be the manager told the other young woman to ring it at $4.99. My wife asked if it wasn't $2.99 since it has the lower price sticker. The woman said, very cold toned 'No' with no apology or explanation as to why it was the higher price. Yes it was only a 2 dollar difference but the cold, unfriendly demeanor was a bigger discouragement and I don't think we will go back to Goodwill...
