I placed a delivery order from my app for a Large BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza adding pineapple and a Large The Works pizza. The delivery driver arrived faster than was expected and was very friendly. My pizza was hot and fresh. My coworkers and I sat down to eat our pizza, we had to use a knife to cut the BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza. As I was eating a slice of the BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza, while chewing my 2nd bite I found a sliver of chicken bone. I called and explained to the employee that answered the phone what I had found in my pizza, I was advised that their grilled chicken doesn't have bones in it. At that point I asked to speak with the manager, I was put on hold for a very short moment when the same employee came back on the phone mumbling that they would make me another one and have it delivered. I was given no other option and at no point did I speak to a manager. The second pizza arrived quickly by the same driver who was very friendly and apologetic. I showed her the sliver of Chicken bone and she was very shocked, agreeing with me that it could have became lodged in someone's throat. Read moreI got some of the worst customer service after a manager told me I could come up there and get a refund for my experience pizza made wrong. Then she called back 5 minutes later letting me know to bring the pizza in too to get my refund. Would have been nice to know before I started serving my kids. Then she insisted she made my pizza correct and I was lying. I offered a picture and she said no. So I called the corporate office, they asked for a photo and said someone would reach out. Then the same manager called me again. Just really crappy customer service. Working in food service myself and having had worked at multiple pizza places I know when they ask for the food back it’s for no other reason than to throw it away. So she really just wanted to further inconvenience me after I just had to wait an extra 20m past the pizza tracker said my pizza was ready. Will not be returning sadly. They deliver a cheese pizza...I sent it back and the manager said because I ordered it online that they couldn't remake it...ok fair enough, just throw a few pepperonis on it..no harm no foul, right?
