I have actually been debating about leaving this review for a couple of weeks, but I think it's only fair for other people to at least know the type of experience that I came across, The manager of the location, Mr. Pharrell, Was a pretty rude manager, I was being helped by one of the representatives, his name is Nguyen, he was a pretty nice representative was very helpful,
However, when I came across the Wi-Fi that they were actually offering for a pretty decent prize I had some concerns and questions, Because us humans we go off word-of-mouth whenever we try to get a product, I was under the impression that their Wi-Fi capped out at a certain usage Through the month, When I brought these concerns to my representative that was assisting me, Mr. Pharrell was assisting another couple at the store, Before rudely interrupting our conversation and cutting off the Customers that Pharrell was helping currently, He cut me off and roughly confronted me asking, "where did you hear that from!?" After following up with another statement stating, "I don't want you to be misinforming people at my store, do you understand me, lets get it right my internet doesn't Cap at any usage"
When I tell you, I was very shocked to hear this coming from a branch manager. It's not even an understatement because I felt humiliated by even voicing my concerns at the store and even more being singled out in front of everybody that was present at the store, both customers and representatives.
I don't understand if I caught him at a bad day, Or if this is his usual attitude with customers, but I don't think it should be something that customers should be coming across, Very poor experience from Mr. Pharrell, Do better, Mr. Pharrell.    Read moreMy experience was both good and bad. The first employee who helped me was amazing, but he was busy with another customer. He asked his manager, Ferrell, to assist me. Ferrell started off nice, but when I asked about a deal (a free iPhone with a port-in number) that another employee had mentioned, he got visibly annoyed and snapped, âIs he helping you or am I?â I said I was just asking a question, and he rudely responded, âWell, youâre with him, not me.â I was so uncomfortable I left.I came back an hour later, hoping not to deal with Ferrell again. Thankfully, the original employee helped me again and then handed me over to Valâwho was amazing! Val should be a manager. He speaks both English and Spanish, treats customers with respect, and is genuinely kind.
Ferrell, on the other hand, was rude and came off as fake. You could feel the tension in the store. While Val was helping me, Ferrell was loudly speaking to an older lady who couldnât hear well. Instead of being patient, he raised his voice so much that everyone turned to look. Even the woman said, âIâm not deaf!â Ferrell, if youâre reading this itâs not 2020 anymore. If you need to wear a mask for health reasons, wear it correctly. And if you donât like working with people find a different job.
