SO. issues. Ordered a double whopper with only pickles, mayo, ketchup. Couse I got one with everything on it instead. And apparently everything means peppers, bacon, and a sesame seed bun. Now the bun I understand, cause I forgot to mention I'm allergic to sesame seeds. So I swapped out the top bun, for one of the tops I had at home. But I'm also allergic to peppers. And bacon gives me stomach aches. Like about to puke type stomach aches. Due to the large fat and grease contents. So I was basically given a inedible slab a meat. Since the peppers were on it. And at the time, I was so tired, that I didn't even care, so I just went to bed after eating the fries. And forgot about it up until now. This happened shortly after they reopened early in the morning, case you are wondering why I just slept and forgot about it till now. But when they usually get the order right, its good. I usually just get two bottom buns, to avoid the sesame seeds. Course when I do, I have to scan the entire burger to make sure none slipped through for whatever reason. Stood at the register for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Once they finally got around to helping me they hadn't even started on my order. This was a mobile order that I was LATE to pick up for myself because I wanted to give them ample time to prepare it. It took them all of 2 minutes to prepare the burger once they got around to it. In the end...order was incorrect as they didn't put on the extra onions that I paid for. Not an onion to be seen... Asked for sauce which would have been a nice compensation for the order not being ready upon arrival. Nope...that was too much much to ask.. lost customer over 27¢
The purpose of a mobile order is to insure that the order is READY when the customer arrives. I'm not worried about my food being cold, I'm concerned about my food being READY.
I always give people the benefit of the doubt... But when you've repeatedly shorted my food on multiple occasions then I have a problem. The WORLD is short staffed right now, but there is no reason for your customer service skills to be lacking.

I said yeah whatever y’all need to do but no drink and still ring me up a drink after I stated I didn’t want one then I go to the pay window and the big black guy don’t know he’s name I said again I don’t want a drink he proceeds to say well it’s cheaper with the drink I said I don’t want one though and I said can you take it off and he proceeds to hand me the receipt and still charged me for a drink like seriously it’s not that hard to take it off I stated I wanted a number 8 but with no drink it’s not hard to take the drink off I don’t care if it is more I will pay it and then I ask Ella to just take it off and she seemed she was irritated it’s not hard to just charge two wraps with fries and gets a attitude and hands me three dollars cause she didn’t wanna put it back on my card , not hard to do that either but guess it was to hard for her to do so. Will not be back , guess it seems like it’s too much for the two employees to understand about not putting a drink on a freaking order. Good ole high school only education .
