The owner was very unprofessional!! I recently stopped in to get a 36 piece wing I usuallly visit this location every weekend but today he had miss counted my wings and gave 26 instead of 36. I’m understanding mistakes do happen but he was very rude about it and insinuated that I had did something so I could complain for 10 wings just ridiculous. He then proceeds to give me a refund without even telling me until I asked and all I wanted was the 10 wings. When it came time to get my wings he didn’t even step out to apologize not only for his actions and accusations but just for the inconvenience. The women at the register even agreed the amount of wings I received the first time compared to when I came back was a difference. So to management mistakes do happen a simple fix would have been greatly appreciated. They just lost a regular customer!!
