Whataburger — Restaurant in Pinehurst

I've been to a lot of Whataburgers and this is by far the worst one I've ever had the misfortune of wasting my money at. Burgers were thrown together sloppily, buns were soggy, was never greeted, was never offered condiments or napkins after food was brought to table, card reader wasn't working so they had to enter my card manually which required a manager override, tomatoes were way too overripe, only got 3 jalapenos on my #4, and we were literally the only people dining in! The list goes on and on but my thumbs hurt typing this up. On top of it all, my child hates pickles and onions so we asked for lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese only. What did they do? They covered it in pickles and onions and forgot the lettuce altogether!!! Did I mention the tables were sticky? I believe this place is another sad victim of the Orange, TX terrible restaurant curse. Anyone that's ever tried to find a decent place to eat in Orange...

Let me tell you, I haven't even started eating my chicken sandwich yet, BUT these ladies in the window today are FANTASTIC. The gorgeous worker with a glowing smile and purple hair was so polite and charismatic. The amazing employee who took my card was so friendly. They were faster than lightning and full of joy!!! MadeMyDay I even asked to add a brownie for hubby at the window and they accommodated me with quickness and treated me like they would love to do nothing more! You know that was interrupting their flow! I'm snacking on these hot fries that were so fresh I had to let them cool down and about to scarf down this sammie, but needed to shine some light on these two right here. Thank you for being a bright spot in my blah morning! I come here often and reasons like THIS is why. Y'all have some great employees with magnificent attitudes. I usually always enjoy my experiences with whataburger but this time was horrible the young woman at the window had an attitude like her day was ruined and it was everyone else's fault she had to work that day, got cold salty fries and a warm burger my drink came as a can soda that I was told to put in the large cup they gave me, so I got half a cup of soda when I paid for the large, I get having issues and not having the fountain but she could have gave me 2 cans, I asked if they had sweet tea and with the quickest rudest snap back she said umm no, rude wasn't the word for it, and I had to hold my tongue because I wanted to say something, I hope the manager sees this and corrects the problem with the...
