I recently ordered an arrangement from this floral shop and was blown away by their exceptional service and beautiful arrangement. I specifically requested birds of paradise, calla lilies, and roses, and the bouquet exceeded all of my expectations.

The colors were vibrant and the flowers were arranged perfectly, creating a stunning and eye-catching display. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the care that went into creating the arrangement. It was obvious that the owner Sherry takes great pride in her work.

Not only was the arrangement beautiful, but the customer service was also outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my order was exactly what I wanted and delivered it promptly.

Last Wednesday upon entering the boutique no one greeted me, as they were working towards the back of the store (they have a clear view of the door) just shot a quick glance with no smile. When waiting for several minutes to check out the worker finally (who is the owner btw) walks up and performed my transaction with no smile, not even speaking. I understand ppl have bad days, but customer service etiquette should always be priority everyday for customers to return to retain a steady and successful business. Especially small businesses. Ordered a light purple Prom Bouquet for my daughter from Trendz in Orange and received this. I paid $108. Beyonddddd disappointing. Terribly made and the wrong color. I brought the Bouquet back immediately (my daughter had picked it up) to see if it could be fixed to which the owner told me I would have to pay extra for her to take it apart and fix it.
