Am very disappointed in arrons first time in last time because they are double charging in think it's right because i got a 🛌 in I know it dont cost that high price i done dealt with othe stors in know problem because i done paid my bill off but what happened i had to contracts in one of them was suppose to be shred in the machine in i went for 12 months. If I could put 0 stars I would. Bought a mattress from them, had it about 8 months. Called to give it back when I know longer needed it and they refused the return. Said to clean it, so we did. It looked great. It is a used mattress. They kept coming and saying they were going to charge us the while amount. Never getting another penny from me! I have never used a rent to own place before. I always pay cash. My couch was damaged right before my family came to visit and I needed a new one asap…I didn’t have new couch money on hand so I called Arron’s.

Tom helped me every step of the way. He made the process quick and painless. I didn’t even need to leave my house.

On delivery day…he personally delivered my new couch with Anthony. These poor guys had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. They were great and got everything done so fast.
