Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kenneth City

This is literally the best Taco Bell in Pinellas county. The drive thru service was so spot on and personable and kind you can tell they actually have someone working with a personality and professionalism, very personable and helped me with all my requests and didn’t huff n puff like I ruined their night as per normal Taco Bell’s locally it seems.

But to start this off after just having the worst customer experience ever at the Pinellas Park Taco Bell location and came to this one as maybe a redemption cause my wife wanted something not as greasy as all the other options available locally and only Taco Bell fit the bill.

We were regulars at the Pinellas Park location but now will permanently be coming back to this location for our late night dinners getting home from work.

PS. District manager was here tonight and I can say the food quality has definitely improved upon other reviews I saw before coming to post the most fantastic time I had at this location tonight.

No soggy/slimy tacos. They were picture perfect and tasted like you got your moneys worth. Very full and compact.

It was very nice to see my wife finally finish a meal all the way and have left overs she actually wants to come back to. I wish I got the gentleman’s name whom helped me tonight but if the district manager truly was there tonight they know who that was and a raise should be requested. By far the worst drive-thru I have ever been in. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited by the speaker until someone answered. I informed them that I had a large order and would begin with it. After ordering two items, I was told that I would have to "hold on" and wait because me ordering two of the now $6 boxes was too confusing. She then, now annoyed, told me to finish. I ordered several more items and again was told to hold on. She then rang the order in wrong and missed items I had said. This ordeal took almost seven minutes. The order was for three of the $6 boxes, a meal deal with a drink, two happy hour freezes and a loaded potato item. Once I arrived at the window, I was not greeted and they simply took my card. When it was returned, I asked for a variety of sauce. I then watched what looked to be a manager open a bag and throw sauce into it. She then handed it to me and the rest of my food with an attitude I did not enjoy. Will never go through this drive-thru or eat from this location again. The food wasn't even that good for the price I paid....

Polite and friendly staff at this location. VERY rarely have they had an employee who isn't great, going above and beyond excellent in my opinion. And the few times there have been they don't last long for some reason. Thankfully! This store is always clean and quick to prepare the food, even when they're shorthanded with a line inside and out. Absolutely the best Taco Bell in 3 counties, minimum.

The lower and negative reviews here simply must be from people who don't know how to order food or something. Or the type who find a small error then start screaming like toddlers instead of respecting others who are preparing your food.

No restaurant is going to tell someone to keep food you didn't order - while laughing at you - when you're standing there with a receipt and the incorrect order to show them. Please be realistic. Also, lots of them look to be delivery company type issues - take about 90% of that up with the terrible drivers who don't verify orders and who seem to try and juggle bags before delivering. THEY are where orders go sideways 99%...
