The very first time I ever went to At Home was only a month ago. There might have been 2 or 3 other shoppers, maybe? So the people who were working there, (I only saw one person in this huge warehouse,) were pretty non-existent... Anyway, I loved the merchandise, I was very impressed with all the different selections and since I pretty much knew what my 'project' entailed, it would have been a really easy sell, if someone cared enough about selling the goods! And I tried! It was ridiculous! I have to mention at this point that I found some things to buy, went to cash out and realized my wallet was missing. I had to run home, (I was freaking out by now) I called the store back to find out if it had shown up, and gave them my phone number to call PLEASE if it did. Fast Forward to this past Monday night. I found a guy who worked there and told him that I was there to spend a lot of money, and I needed help with prices and sizes and stuff. Then he left. But before he left he had told me that he had FOUND MY WALLET like the same day or the day after I was there! SO WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU GUYS CALL ME??! đ¤ So I waited around for about a half hour, and then I just walked out... (with my wallet) AND I'M NEVER GOING BACK! I DON'T THINK THAT THEY ARE REALLY TRYING TO MAKE ANY MONEY IN THAT...
Read moreWe bought furniture from this store one month ago. The item we purchased was fine until we open the door to one of the cabinet.
When opening the door, the piece of wood was stuck in the door completely came off the hinges.
The store claim to have a 90 day refund policy so when we went back to return it The manager told us the best they could do is give us 50% off a new one. This is not a acceptable return policy as The door malfunction was not our fault and now we have a broken Dresser unless we want to pay more money to buy a new one and get 50% off when it was not our fault
Extremely unacceptable from a company. I recommend not having a return policy or having In the policy, as now we have a broken dresser purchased from this store

Youll need a flatbed to load. Byeâ and literally walked away. My box was under 3 other dining tables. I am 32 weeks pregnant. He also expected me to life a large chair off the second shelf since it wasnât in a box. Another customer helped me get the table onto the flatbed and a second guy helped me get it into my car. Now Ive been having contractions all day due to the excessive strain. If the associates arent there to help lift, then why bother with all the signs to...
