Five Below — Local services in Kenneth City

I went to five below for a phone case. I notice an available self check machine that was on. As I’m paying I was abruptly told by an older female employee in stern tone that they do not have self check out. I was baffled since the register are clearly five below self check out register. There were no signs to say customer must be ring up by associate at self check out register. If that the case they should get rid of the self check out machines and install a cashier check out counter. I know that unreasonable cost wise, but at least put a sign up so the customer are not rudely told off my an employee. I’m not sure if this is same policy across all five below with self check out machines now but this is my first and last visit to this five...

Staff is absolutely amazing and the only Five Below location I like going to tbh...All of the shirts I own are pretty much from Five Below...I also got my little cute digital wrist watch from here as well along with some sweet treats and headphones and phone accessories and other little things along the way and can't forget posters to...Definitely I am a forever customer here at this location...All the staff here are super amazing...The staff at the Tyrone Mall location though are absolutely rude, nasty, horrible and have the most shittiest attitudes that's why I love the Kenneth City location and was so happy when it first opened...This place is my favorite and I love it...

Only giving one because can’t give zero. I will never return to this store again. Being followed around told they are closing 20 minutes before they closed. Then being treated like I was shop lifting when I was there with me family getting our 2 year old birthday gifts that she was picking out. Then the manager locked us in 10 minutes before they closed.
