I wanted to check this spot out for some time since a customer of mine referred me after I complemented him on his Sacouny Runners. Im a store manager of a sneaker store myself and with high standards when it comes to customer service especially. From far away before we even walked in I noticed one of the associated laying down on the bench on the sales floor. The other sitting down the cash wrap. The Associate on the bench however got up and greeted me. Same with the other guy in the cash wrap. They tried to help me out but with very little effort in my opinion. They never made eye contact and went back to their Cell phones. This is a real big issue in my own store and made it a thing to have cell phones off the salesflor at all times. It's just not professional at all and doesn't leave a good first inpression when someone walks in. I tried to chop it up with them a little to get some more engagement but very one sided. I get it, it's slow and I struggle with the same kind of issues at my own store but when customers come in, it's all about engagement especially when a customer comes in on a referral. Just sayin! I have high standards so probably to a casual shopper wouldn't have had such a review. In the plus side , The kicks are rare, store was clean and organized. During this visit though, the service wasn't on point. Message to the To the owner and staff: stay off those phones and engage with your customers. It just left an impression on me that making the sale wasn't that important. I drove all the way from Wesley chapel to check y'all out . I could be back......
Read more10/24/20 update Highly recommend This is a 'fresh'ly remodeled, verrrry cool clothing and shoe store for new HYPE gear. The store is literally too cool for the plaza. We can always find one (or six) pieces we have to pick up. But the best part is the warm welcome and personable customer service.
