This was our first time trying out this new location, having frequented the downtown branch several times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups. The menu had an appealing variety, and the food was simply delicious. Kudos to the bartender Creisse, who warmly welcomed us, even though she was just about to finish her shift. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for our visit. However, as the next shift came on, we noticed a slight bump in service. It became a tad clunky, with people waiting for attention. I'd suggest that management considers streamlining this transition, perhaps adding a second registrar or having a cash drawer ready for the next crew. It would help maintain the seamless experience that patrons expect. We typically prefer sitting at the bar, and when weather permits, we enjoy dining outdoors. However, our only disappointment was the outdoor seating policy. We were surprised to find smoking allowed in such a small covered outdoor area. This was a bit of a turn-off for us. In conclusion, this new location has a lot of promise. With a few tweaks in their service transition and reconsideration of their outdoor smoking policy, it could easily earn a 5-star rating from us in the future. Keep up the good work!

Five Bucks Drinkery is an absolute gem. When we first walked in, the atmosphere was super chill and welcoming. The girl with the blue hair? Yeah, she was hot. My girlfriend even pointed it out, so you know it wasn’t just me. But then—oh man—pink pants walked in, and suddenly the whole vibe shifted. She was on another level, and at that point, we were really feeling the place. And the food? Unreal. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Like, legitimately excellent. Every bite was perfect, and we were loving it. Now, did I have a couple of unexpected additions to my meal? Yeah. There were two hairs in my food. But considering who brought it out, I just couldn’t bring myself to say anything. Let’s just say she wasn’t exactly in the same league as the others, and I was too embarrassed to mention it. Even with that minor hiccup, I’ll 100% be back. The food was that good, the vibe was solid, and, well… let’s just say the staff has a certain appeal. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I love this place the food is so great, just always have so much fun here I keep forgetting to take a picture except the Silver Surfer mural in the men's. LOL. Food here is fantastic and worth the visit at a reasonable rate. The drinks are great and you can get a bucket of drinks for very reasonable prices. There is a lot of sport on the screens but not so much that you can't have an enjoyable time without watching sports. Always a great vibe here and there is often a lot of people here but always seems to be room for someone to join the fun. Service is great and the team always look and serve with enthusiasm. Not a lot of parking but we always seems to find some on the street and parking lot around the venue. The parking is free but also remember to look around the back of the venue as there is also a small parking area that not everyone knows about. Cat out the bag sorry! Come on in and enjoy a fun time for everyone.

Absolutely terrible experience last night. My husband and I go here at least twice a week since opening. We come right after work, sit at the outside bar, and have a few drinks and food every single time. Last night was no different, except it was the first time we ever paid by card. Our bartender, Bria, was as inattentive as ever- with the usual texting on her phone, and zero interaction with customers- and expecting a tip for her service. Which we gladly pay over 20% each time and are met with a quick “here’s your food” and nothing again until we reorder or leave. Which would be fine if it was a full bar- but horrible service for when it’s just us or a few people. I am a general manager/bar manager of a restaurant and I have bartended for 10 years. My husband is a chef. We know the industry. The food- always delicious. To end our night we paid (for the first time) with my husband’s BRAND NEW credit card. We tipped in cash. Like always. Upon checking out bank statements today- we were overcharged $26 I have my receipt. My husband went back to remedy the issue with a manager, no one ever answered a single phone call to the restaurant all day until he showed up in person. He was met with horrible, rude, catty service. The host was rude and having very inappropriate loud conversation in the dining room upon him walking in, and a fellow bartender (who never went to get a manager) was yelling in his face trying to say we were wrong. He showed them the bank statement and Al they had was a receipt (not the one we signed) to show our total. Which was $82, not the $108 we were charged. They proceeded to call my husband crazy and tried to tell him that we previously paid with this card, a charge of $117 that same week. False. This card is brand new. Also we have always paid cash. I’ve never felt so disrespected by an establishment and their team, let alone completely dismissed by management. This is disgusting and I hope no other bartenders are stealing from their customers, and they get a better management team. As new regulars, we will...

You all need to get it together at Pinellas park. I was eating here 3 and 4 days a week, but to much disssapointment now. When you opened and up untill right before you opened seminole, your place was consistent and good. Food has become sloppy, luke warm or cold food. chips and salsa ( chips are always stale now) once food is delivered you beg for salt & pepper, paper towels, and a fork and knife at bar. You need a manager that runs the place, Manager does not engauge with anyone, not employees, Not with customers. Bar always has crumbs and food on it from night before, the bar rail for your elbows is always greasy and finger prints on it. How can no one see this ? salt and pepper shakers never get clean, always greasy. at lunch time the music is now so loud, Business people come in for meetings & lunch, and you would think its a night club its so loud. TO MUCH DRAMA with Staff. complaining about boy friends, food sitting in window while they are looking at there phones, The F word coming out of Bar tenders mouth every 20 seconds. The place is empty in last 8 weeks, You guys need to get it together, its turning into pete and...
