Update: the owner reached out to me immediate and apologized. He also invited us to come back and offered to compt our next meal and ensure the food will be cooked properly. He was very humble and apologetic which should have have the correct response. We are not sure we will be back, but we appreciate his response versus his obnoxious employees. It pains me to see hardworking owners who has to compromised with horrible employees.

Original post: Our family came to eat today. My kids were eating the boneless chicken wings. I was helping my toddler by cutting up his chicken and noticed it was raw! I told the worker about it, and they yelled at me "you won't get a free chicken because you already ate half of it". I never mentioned getting anything free. I told them so they knew about it. It was extremely rude and inappropriate of a response! An apology would have been appropriate. It was our first time and definitely be our last! They said the manager isn't available. None of the workers said they will eat the food there. I guess that speaks for this business. Beware...

A new franchise sandwhich shop that goes above the norm in made to order cheese steak or chicken grilled sandwiches, along with complimentary items. I had reserved my review until I had tried tree times. To be able to assure preparation, portion sizes, meats steak ,chicken we're consistent,fresh,and not lacking depth of flavors ,They have not !😋 I recommend you attempt sandwiches in the Recommended menu suggested style, at first As I did, pleasantly surprised first time I didn't have to feel a need to add ketchup to the cheese steak . Another benefit is sandwhich offered lengths, it allows you the option to try others/ explore in small size or share with someone until you narrow the flavor choice you prefer.
