First off I was so disappointed with the food it wasn't even cut all the way through and we had to rip it apart ta the office. I mean we ordered pizza for an easy lunch. Next the pizza was dry and it honestly looked like they were just trying to get by with the bare minimum of toppings. For a meat lovers it was extremely light! As for the stuffed crust pepperoni It was like eating a cardboard box with funny tasting cheese crust as the crust. It had almost no sauce on it. The quality of pizza hut has gone down hill tremendously this was the 2nd time ordering them in 3 days and the first time was hardly any better than this experience. The guy favorite crust was overloaded and made everything extremely salty and the wings were not even cooked or sauced all the way. As a customer who values customer service I can say that about pizza hut you guys hire crew members who seem to try their best to provide a good experience but the overall quality of the food just crushes any chance of redemption. Idk what has happened maybe. A recipe change or budget cuts (most likely) I mean really charging for peppes and parmesan cheese..... 🥴 Anyway I'd rather pay the extra $5 for a quality pizza over something I could get at Little Caesars (which might have tasted better tbh). I ordered a medium pan pizza with mushrooms, pepperonis, and green peppers, along with eight wings and two blue cheese dips when my order arrived and I brought it inside and that is when I noticed I had someone else’s order. One of the boxes were Cinnabons, which I am highly allergic to cinnamon. I called the number on the receipt to my local Pizza Hut that I ordered from and the first woman I spoke to barely knew any English. She then transferred me or said she was going to transfer me to the local store and then I got another non-speaking English woman who also wanted to transfer me to the store. My concern is how close my food came in contact with a cinnabon and notify the store that I received someone else’s order. After multiple transfers and not being able to communicate well due to their employees at the call center and being disconnected and decided to leave a review. They need to work on the communication skills and verifying orders. :( I have attached a picture of my receipt showing my order and a picture of the Cinnabon that I did not order. Was more than dissapointed last night after ordering the 2med-2topping for 5.99 special to find out there is a $1 charge on each for pan pizza, then an additional $1.50ea when I asked for extra cheese as one of my toppings. So the $12 deal was over $18. after tax. You'd think that paying $3 for extra cheese, they would at least cover the pizza. The cheese was barely covering the middle half of each pie with 4 inches of dry crust. And even what was in the middle was far from extra cheese. The counter girl opened each box after i paid and my immediate reaction was, "that's extra cheese?" She tried to blow it off by saying its cause of the thick crust that i could not see the cheese. I left disgusted and was even more dissapointed after eating a slice. The full second pizza never got touched and will probably go to the dogs. I will not go back to this location and will definately be some time b4 I try another pizza hut. Be forewarned about the specials. I could have ordered 2...
