My Experience at Spencer’s Western World.

As a frequent shopper at Cavender’s in Dallas, Texas, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and wide selection of products at Spencer’s Western World. Walking into the store, I immediately felt at home, greeted by friendly staff eager to assist.

I was shopping for a straw cowboy hat and I found plenty of options to choose from. Back in November of 18’ after coming directly back from deployment, I went to Spencer’s with my wife to buy some new boots. I chose Spencer’s because I love supporting the small businesses. I believe in small businesses and where I’m from, they don’t have a single “western store” in the area. So I buy these new boots and they work out great! Only issue is, a month and a week later, the tabs on the sides of one of the boots starts to fray and the thread falls completely off. The boots were not even 2 months old and they were already falling apart. Must’ve been made on a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon. This could happen at any boot store. It’s the manufacturer, not the store owners fault. So I go to Spencer’s and since they didn’t have the same boot in stock, I got a different pair, paid the difference in the old pair, and walked out a VERY happy customer. The wife was also happy because she didn’t have to even get involved. The manager took it very seriously and fixed the matter in minutes. Best Western store EVER!!! I was there about an hour trying to find the exact boots & belt I wanted. When iasked questions about belts they were VERY patient. Finally, the man w went& found m me the perfect belt! Since I already had the buckle that was on it the woman took it off and put on a different one! Oh, AND I was doing an exchange! Sometimes stories are kind of not so friendly when you were there to exchange stuff but not these people they were very nice respectful friendly very casual it was a great experience I've been there before and I will keep going back. If you need boots belts Western jeans jackets Panchos and a whole bunch of other Western stuff this is definitely the place.
